After finally getting the three kids settled, Brad and Connor head off to bed and James comes back downstairs.

We talk. Really talk. About the past, what I've missed in TJ's life. About the future, what we're going to do. I told him I intend to be part of TJ's life now and that I'm going to help take care of him. Even if nothing happens between James and I again, I will be here for our son.

We work as we talk getting all the presents under the tree. Then we just sit and talk. Before we know it it's almost six o'clock in the morning.

"Wow." James says looking at the clock. "I haven't been up this late since we were still touring."

"Really?" I ask surprised.

"Yeah and since TJ was born I normally sleep from nine til six or seven. Whenever his hyper butt decides to get up." He tells me.

"Are you ready to tell him?" I ask.

"The question is, are you?" He counters. "Are you ready to be a father. It's no easy ride."

"I think I am." I tell him.

"Come on then." He says leading me upstairs. He pushes open TJ's door and follows me in.

"TJ." I say softly trying to wake him.

"He's ticklish." James says from beside me. I start tickling him and he mumbles something trying to push me away. He couldn't have said what I think he said. I shake my head slowly and keep tickling him.

"No Papa no tickle wanna sleep." He says louder this time slipping out of his bed and running out the door. I hear Sam squeal down the hall so he must have gone to her room.

"Did he say?" I question turning to look at James.

"Papa yeah he did." James says his face pale. "I don't know how he figured it out. I don't think Brad or Connor told him."

The next thing I hear Will start to wail. James quickly heads to the nursery and I follow.

"Shhh​ Shhh​." James says softly picking him up out of his crib. "Don't wanna wake up Daddy or Papa now do we." He murmurs to the toddler. Will quiets down quickly but apparently not quickly enough because moments later Connor comes rushing into the nursery.

"We got it. Go back to bed before Brad gets cranky again." James tells him. "One question though. Did you tell TJ who Tris is?"

"No and I know Brad didn't either. Why?" Connor asks.

"We went to wake him and tell him but he didn't want to wake up. He called Tris Papa right before running to Sam's." James explains.

"I told you he was one smart kid." Con says with a chuckle.

"Con?" Brad says walking in.

"I'm coming relax." Connor tells him lying his head on his husband's shoulder.

"You got him?" Brad asks nodding at his son.

"Yeah I'm going to teach Tris how to take care if a baby since he missed out on TJ." James says with a chuckle.

"Oh just to warn you. When we were outside last night TJ ask me if he could have a little brother or sister. So watch it." Connor says knowingly.

"Thanks for the heads up." James says looking downing at Will.

"We're going back to bed then." Brad says leading Connor out of the nursery.
