~ Nathan ~

I walk home from alphas home still rubbing the going scar on my neck, the whole thing was just weird and new to me, my mom told me that I would have a beautiful mate and she would be perfect, I was waiting for a girl

I walk up my drive way to see Lisa's car parked in the drive way, she always wanted me to call her mom but I never did it just didn't feel right, Lias  was my moms best friend and was there for her when dad died but soon after she killed herself and left a note for me to open when I turned 18

I hope the door to see Lisa's shoes and Jamies shoes but before I walk away I see another pair of shies and those belonged to Lisa's boyfriend ken, I walk into the living room to see the drunk ken sitting on the couch watching some kind of striper show while drinking a thing of whisky

I all most threw up when his smell came into my nose, he grosses me out like really, Lisa deserves better than that lug but she needs him to stay because he is her mate, ken was not always like that before his brother died I loved to go over to Lisa's house just to see ken, he was always building really cool stuff like one time he made a car our of old scarp metal and two mortar bikes

I try to walk by him without him saying anything but just before I could make it to the stairs he call me out

"Hey where do ya think your going" ken said looking at me with his blood shot eyes

"To my room sir" I said

Ken got up and stumbled over to me, I did not dare to move, I just stood there and watch in horror as he swigs his fist into my face, I fall back onto my back because of how much force he put into the punch, I brace myself as he swag his foot and finding a place right in my stomach

All the pain was just to much and my body slowly starts to shut down as he swings another kick into my stomach

"KEN STOP!!" Lisa yelled as she ran into the living g room pulling away ken but ken used the force she was pulling him with to punch her in the face

I wake up screaming with a worried alpha trying to come me down, he hold my arms down

"Hey it's okay it was just a dream" he said giving me his look

I pull him into a hug and cry, the alpha tightens the hug, he slowly let's go of me to look at my face and places a kiss on my forehead

"What was the dream" he asked pulling me into another hug, the warmth of his body made me feel safe

"I don't want to talk about it" I was my answer

"Well I can't help if you don't tell me what's wrong" he said cuddling

"You already are" I said digging my face into his chest

Just for once my bad dreams can kiss an donkey
