Hi!

I wrote this book back in 2016. At the time of me making this wattpad account, I was about seventeen / eighteen years old, never really dated anyone, and had no experience with posting stories online. Ten years later, I've graduated from UCLA with a degree in History, I'm married, lived life more, written numerous things offline, and I genuinely think I understand sentence structure better. More importantly, I've been reading countless books on how to improve as a storyteller.

Saying all this to announce:

• There will be an expanded version for the 10 year anniversary. I'll let you know when it's available.

• The ending will be different, and the playlist will be expanded so that it'll be the length of the reading experience.

• the first draft will be back fully, but that doesn't mean you can read the wattpad version only of Disarming Dakota and just jump to the published version of the sequels. There's pretty big changes - name changes as well and plot differences.

• I'm writing a screenplay adaptation of the story - as a show tbh and also as a film. I don't really want you to get hopes that this will be made into something. Hollywood is broke right now, and I've been acting since I was about 7, and have been in California for over 15 years. Getting stuff made is not easy, and it's only gotten more difficult. I'm making this mainly to practice script writing. If any of my stories are going to be made, then I would like to have creative control. Completely.
