Renjun was eating berries with Jeno while Jaemin was busy patting their child's back so that they could burp as Renjun had just finished feeding.

"Ah.." jeno flinched when he felt a strong kick in the abdomen.

" Oh my, I think I peed a little." He froze for a moment before getting up and going to toilet. Jaemin followed closely to make sure that jeno was alright.

Past few days had been hectic for them as they were all sleep deprived. They just wanted a good night's sleep.

" Why are you taking Jaekyung to the bathroom?" Renjun asked. "give him to me so that you can freely help jeno." Jaemin came back, he kissed the infant and quickly gave Jaekyung to Renjun before going back to the bathroom.

Jaemin grabbed a towel and quickly damped it with warm water and placed it on the counter top.

He made jeno sit on the edge of the bath tub before grabbing the towel and to clean him.

" I'll bring your clothes love just rest for a little while." He quickly grabbed fluffy sweatpant.

" There you go." He handed over the clothes, Jeno  thanked him and they both went back to the room.

Jaekyung was asleep so they decided to take a quick nap as well since it was hard to do so.

Few months later.

" Jising-ah, please bring me the leftover pizza from the fridge, I am starving again." Jeno whined.

" Sure hyung." Younger boy immediately ran to fulfill his duty.

" Oh my, Renjun can I please hold jaek? I wanna squish him!" Renjun laughed at that as he handed jaekyung to jeno.

Jeno engulfed the pup in a deep hug and jaekyung let out a squeal. He grabbed one of jeno's breast and attacked it viciously. Unabled to get hold of it, he smothered his drool on jeno's T-shirt.

" ooh , that hurt champ." Jeno shivered in pain as the pup pinched his skin in the tightest grip possible. " Renjun please get him off me." Jeno pleaded.

" You little devil! Always hurting your dad." Renjun playfully slapped baby's butt. Jaekyung payed no attention as he started attacking Renjun's nipples.

" I think he is hungry." Jeno said while inspecting his skin underneath the T-shirt and rubbing it to ease the pain.

" yes." Renjun then began to feed the baby.

" Where the hell is Jisung?" Jeno grumbled Asa's he getting more and more impatient, he was hungry too.

Meanwhile.

" Hyung's gonna kill us! Why the hell did you have to eat that slice. Hyung saved it for later!" Jisung whisper yelled at Chenle.

" Oh well, there was a giant box in the fridge with just one slice of pizza. It was taking so much space in the fridge." Chenle tried to reason.

They had ordered the same pizza but the waiting time was twenty minutes.

They were doomed.

" Chenle, I fucking swear to god. Stop acting like an idiot. You clearly knew that hyung saved it for later. Ahh... I am gonna cry, I don't want to see disappointment on his face anymore." Jisung took few breaths before going back to the room.

" About time! Where were you?" Jeno questioned.

" Hyung, I got a phone call. Chenle is heating the slice he told me to go back." Jeno didn't say anything but he knew they were up to something.

Later on, he got to know that they ordered another pizza because they ate the leftovers.

Time skip

Renjun had gone out to do some work and left jaekyung with jeno. He left the bag with baby food and necessities near the bed and he had also left the milk in the freezer, jeno just had to thaw and warm it up.

" Jaek, you are going to become a big brother, okay? You have to keep your sibling under control. So that they cause less trouble for us adults, alright?" He said playfully to the baby.

He spent all day playing with jaekyung and trying to get him to sleep however jaekyung was was all energetic.

Jeno had to pee so he laid jaekyung on the floor with a wall of pillows around him , he left the bathroom door open to keep an eye on the devil.

He dried his hands quickly and picked jaekyung up and put him back on the bed. "Jaeky, I am so tired. Aren't you sleepy?" Jeno asked softly. Jaekyung only giggled at him and kicked his legs in the air.

Jeno suddenly felt strong kick on the abdomen which made him wince. Jaekyung quickly became alert and focused on jeno's face but smiled again when he realised that jeno was fine.

" Aww, baby did you think I was hurt? Did I scare you? I am sorry." Jeno apologised and cooed at the baby.

After two hours jaekyung finally fell asleep after having milk. Jeno took the opportunity to quickly shut his eyes as well since nobody had had a good night's sleep since jaekyung's birth. Especially, jeno, since he had back ache as well.

" JENO JAEKI JENO !!" Jeno and jaekyung woke up   M immediately upon hearing the yells. Jaekyung  scrunched his face and then began crying. Jeno gasped and lifted jaekyung in his arms.

" Shh... it's alright. Amma is here." he cooed.

Renjun barged into the room and threw his bag on the floor, he then climbed the bed and hugged them.

Jeno handed jaekyung immediately to elder omega.

" You woke him up, now handle him." Jeno whined. He then laid back down due to his backache.

" is there any relief?" Renjun asked but jeno shook his head. " no, I think it'll get better after resting for a while, I am terribly sleep deprived." Jeno yawned and fell asleep within five minutes. Renjun fed jaekyung in order to calm him down. 

Everything was back to peace but then Jaemin barged in and startled jaekyung who started crying again. Jeno woke up again and began crying as well because he was absolutely tired and he didn't even have a moment of peace in a while.

" You b-bastard!" Jeno cried out. Jaemin got upset he felt guilty for waking him up. Jeno sobbed uncontrollably, " Aww, I am sorry baby I didn't know this would happen." He apologised.

Jeno squirmed in his alpha's arms as he felt uncomfortable. He felt cramps in his abdomen.

" Jaemin... it hurts here." He pointed below his bulged out tummy.

Jaemin frowned and touched the spot, " baby your due date isn't close yet." He looked worried. " why don't we go to the hospital?" Renjun suggested while he was carrying jaekyung in his arms.

" It can be false contractions but we need to make sure why it's happening." Renjun said

They all decided to visit the hospital immediately and found out that jeno was indeed having contractions. As minutes passed by the pain grew immensely.

" Sir, we normally advise normal delivery to the patient but I know my patient can't handle that kind of trauma. We recommend cesarean section, please consider it." The doctor said.

"please do whatever you feel is necessary to save jeno." Jaemin said.

Half an hour later, the doctors were prepared for the surgery and they allowed jaemin to watch from a room separated by a window. Jeno had passed out before the surgery began, he had also been given regional anaesthesia in case he woke up in the middle of the procedure.

Once, the baby was out a nurse quickly wrapped them in a blanket and handed it to jaemin. He held the baby for few minutes before nurses took them for a check up.

Jaemin was led outside as jeno was still undergoing the surgery.  He hugged renjun tightly when he came outside.

" It's a girl." He cried. " you're a big brother now." He whispered to jaekyung.

-A few hours later -

Jeno was shifted to a private room and the princess was in Renjun's arm. He was gushing over her cuteness and cried so much when she saw him when she opened her eyes and smiled. Renjun's tears stained his shirt.

Jaemin and renjun greeted jeno with kisses when he woke up and handed the princess to him.

"We made it." Jeno whispered with tears in his eyes.

-A week later-

Jeno was bed ridden because Jaemin wouldn't let him get up until his wounds were completely healed.

Jisung helped his brother and brother in laws as much as he could.

Donghyuck was extremely happy that jeno gave birth to a girl as well and Mark also congratulated jeno by giving him many gifts.

All omegas had date nights where they would spend the night together and bring their babies along because they couldn't trust their partners.

Everyone in their circle was happy in their own ways. All of them had kids and mates who loved them unconditionally.

Life was blissful and blessed and all of them wanted it to be like that, always.

As years went by, jeno felt truly loved. All the sacrifices he made in the past were worth it because he had wonderful mates and adorable children. A complete family.

Moreover, Jisung had also become a registered nurse. He was now working at the hospital as well as pursing a master's degree. He gave his first salary to jeno as a gratitude.

Jeno was blessed with happiness and he wanted it to always stay like this.
