[Author's Note: Okay guys this is it!! The Wedding!!]

The rest of the week flew by quickly. It honestly felt like I blinked and before I could wrap my brain around what was happening, this was it. Today was the day. I woke up this morning with a stomach that was swirling and in knots. Not because I was sick or anything else, but just nerves I suppose. I wasn't worried about marrying the amazing boy who has done so much for me in so many ways. I suppose it was just regular jitters that had to do with the unknown. Sean came out of the bathroom after showering, (he usually always woke up before I did) and leaned against the doorway, looking at me with a small smile playing at his lips. I sat up in bed and stared back at him. It was these small moments between us that I absolutely adored. They took my breath away and made me feel so warm and fuzzy inside. It almost brought tears to my eyes as I began to feel overcome with emotions, in a good way of course.

"Today's the day," Sean whispered, smiling to himself as if he didn't realize he had said it out loud.

"It sure is," I whispered back, the grin on my face growing wider by the second. He walked over and sat down on my side of the bed, taking my hand in his. He ran his thumb gently over my knuckles and stared into my eyes. His chocolate orbs where glistening and wet. They were truly beautiful and I could get lost in them for forever.

"Are you excited?" He asked suddenly, breaking the silence that had enveloped the bedroom. I took a deep breath and exhaled slowly.

"There has never been a day in my life that I've looked forward to with so much anticipation. I love you," I told him, bringing my lips to his and touching them together gently. He deepened the kiss and slipped his tongue in my mouth. His hand went to the side of my face and gently carressed me while my arm wrapped around the back of his neck, bringing him as close as I could get him to me. His other hand tangled into my hair as his tongue explored my mouth. I sucked on his tongue for a bit before slipping my tongue into his mouth and tasting him. I could taste just a hint of mint from his freshly brushed teeth. It made me smile. We pulled apart after a little bit, both of us coming up for air. Sean blushed slightly and shrugged his shoulders in embarrassment. It was so adorable I couldn't help but kiss both of his cheeks lightly. I took his face in my hands, staring into his eyes. "We need to get ready to go. We don't wanna be late." He nodded and then kissed my nose before jumping up off the bed. He was already dressed in some simple dark blue jeans with a plain red tee and black jacket over it. I hurried out of bed and into the bathroom to shower and make sure my growing stubble was trimmed up nicely. Sean smacked my ass as I walked by him, causing me to jump slightly. He laughed and I turned to glare at him playfully before skipping off to the bathroom. I hurried and undressed, stepping into the shower and turninig on the warm water. It fell over me and soothed my skin, causing me to relax and easing some of the tension I felt in my shoulders. Sean didn't come in, which I was somewhat glad for as we couldn't afford any distractions. We didn't need to be late to our own wedding!

After showering, I quickly trimmed up my facial hair to make sure it looked nice, then I brushed my teeth and went to the closet to fetch something to wear. I decided on a pair of jeans and a black tee. Sean and I would be changing into our suits as soon as we got there. Kristen had made it so that neither of us could see the other in their suit before the actual ceremony. I didn't believe in the whole bad luck thing or whatever, but I let her have her fun. Sean didn't mind at all either.

"You ready to go?" Sean asked, peering through the doorway as I was finishing styling my hair.

"Yeah almost," I replied, still fussing over it. Sean rolled his eyes.

"You know you'll be able to fix it after you change?" He said, coming over and wrapping his arms around me. He kissed the side of my head and we looked at our reflection in the mirror.

"I'm totally ready to make this official," He said to our reflection. His tone was confident. I grinned and blushed slightly. I was so in love with him it was ridiculous. Just the sound of his sexy voice made me melt, let alone when he said sweet things.

Sean followed me out of the bathroom as I grabbed my dark grey coat and threw it on. We headed down the hallway and put on our shoes.

"This is it," I said, looking around the apartment. I realized the next time we set foot in here, Sean would be my husband and not just my fiance. The thought set the butterflies free in my stomach. Sean nodded in agreement and we headed out, locking the door behind us.

Sean held my hand as we made our way up into the mountains. It was 11 a.m. on Friday, December 5th. I date I will always remember and cherish. When we pulled up at the lodge I was fidgeting and anxious. My palms had begun to sweat. If Sean was nervous at all, he didn't show it. He just smiled at me as we walked inside the beautfiul lodge. There was fresh snow on the ground but nothing dangerous as it had been plowed the night before.

"Ahhh! There you are! Today's the day! I'm so excited!" Kristen trumpeted as soon as we were inside. "Everything looks amazing!! Ahhh I can't even handle this! We're ready to start at 11:30 so let's get you two ready. People will be arriving any minute!" She said happily, pulling at my hand as Sean just laughed. He grabbed my ass as Kristen led me away from him, earning him a playful frown in response.

"I'll see you soon!" He winked. I took a deep breath and followed Kristen around the lodge, we rounded a corner and then went down a hallway, where she led me into a room.

"Alright Jake, here's your suit!" She said, pointing to it laying out on the bed. I regarded it nervously and my eyes started watering a little bit. It was as white as snow with black trim on the edges. My shoes were black as well, and I had a purple tie with a black dress shirt.

"Wow," I gasped, looking around the room and taking in the suit. Kristen smiled warmly at me.

"There's a bathroom right here," she said, gesturing to the door nearby. "If you need anything let me know. I'm gonna have you wait here until we are ready to start okay?" I nodded my understanding. I felt light and airy and couldn't quite form any words at the moment. Kristen seemed to understand. She hugged my tightly for a couple seconds. When she pulled away she wiped a stray tear away and quietly left the room. I rung my hands and sat down on the edge of the bed, lifting the arm of the white jacket and rubbing my fingers. Holy shit! I'm getting married!

I regarded myself in the mirror, fixing my hair slightly to make sure it looked just right. I adjusted my tie. I took a deep breath again and exhaled slowly, closing my eyes for a second. When I opened them, something caught my attention in the window. Upon returning to the bedroom, I went over to the window and peeked out. It was snowing! The mountains looked absolutely beautiful as the snow began gently falling. There was a knock at the door.

"Come in," I said. My dad stuck his head around the door before quickly coming in and closing it behind him.

"Hey kiddo," he said, smiling. I smiled back and ran over to him, flinging my arms around him. He gave me a tight squeeze before looking at me. "Look at you! My handsome man!" He said proudly, causing me to blush.

"Thanks dad," I replied. "Is it almost time?" I anxiously wrung my hands together. Dad smiled at me, his eyes twinkling.

"I told Kristen I'd come get you," He said, nodding. "It's time. You ready?"

"Yes."

He turned around and opened the door and I followed him out into the hallway from where I came. As we rounded the corner and arrived in the grand lobby of the lodge, we stopped. I surveyed the scene. There was a huge chandelier hanging in the middle of the room, and huge windows were on each wall. We had about 10 round tables set up around the room. Each table had a glass vase of red roses on it. The wooden walls were rustic and added to the very mountain feel. Dad and I made our way to the back of the room, where glass doors led outside. Rows of white chairs were set up, and as we made our way outside, I could make out my best friend standing proudly up front underneath a beautiful archway made of black iron.

The snow continued to fall softly and everything was completely silent. Soft music began to play in the background as my dad turned to look at me. Without saying anything, we nodded to each other before he shuffled off to take his seat. Then it was my turn. I slowly shuffled my feet and stepped down off of the wide porch the doors led out from and into the path of red rose petals laid out in the snow. It led between the rows of chairs and I couldn't help but smile as I approached my gorgeous Sean. He was standing there in a suit opposite of mine. It was completely black with white trim on the edges, a white dress shirt underneath with a purple tie. His hair was neatly combed and his chocolate eyes glistened and sparkled in a way I had never seen before. The smile on his face was so adorable that I found myself hurrying to reach him. He held his hand out and I gratefully latched onto it and wasn't about to let go anytime soon. The officiant standing between us was a little old guy with grey hair, and he had everyone be seated before he began speaking. In all honesty I wasn't listening to a word he said until we got to exchange our vows.

"Sean," I said, taking both of his hands in mine and clearing my thoat slightly. "This past year hasn't been easy. Losing my brother was the hardest thing I've ever had to go through, and I'm so incredibly grateful that you were there for me in every way. You helped me in ways I can't even begin to describe and It was then that I....I realized you're my angel," I said, my voice breaking a little. My eyes rimmed with tears. "You've been my best friend, my boyfriend, my fiance, and now hopefully my amazing husband who I want to spend the rest of my life with. You mean more to me than you could ever know. It would mean the world to me to be with you forever. I will love you forever." Sean's eyes watered a little as he looked at me and listened carefully to every word. His hands gripped mine tightly as I finished speaking. The officiant then nodded for him.

"Jake," He said seriously, looking directly into my eyes, "It's a funny thing when I think about it, because you were my best friend for so long. I realized though that you mean so much more to me than just a friend. You are my life. When you were down, my heart broke, and all I wanted was to help you and see that beautiful smile return to your face. I can't even express in words how much you mean to me. You've taken my heart in every way possible, and I couldn't be happier than I am today. Love isn't even a stong enough word to descibe what I feel for you. I love you, I adore you, I admire you, and I'm the luckiest man in the world to have you in my life." He finished speaking and we whispered 'I love yous' before the officiant started speaking again.

"Jake, do you take Sean to be your husband?" I returned my gaze to Sean.

"I do," I replied evenly. I took the ring I had proposed to him with and returned it to his finger. He smiled and looked down at it.

"And Sean, do you take Jake to be your husband?" He asked, looking to Sean. Sean looked at me lovingly, his expression so gentle and full of love.

"Of course I do," He replied, and slipped my ring back onto my finger.

"Then I pronounce you both-" He began. Sean and I didn't wait any longer. We crashed our lips together passionately, wrapping our arms around each other. My hand was around the back of his neck and his hand carressed my back as we kissed in front of our family. The snow was still gently falling as the big flakes landed on us. It was so unbelievably perfect! I could practically hear Collin screaming with delight as we kissed. I knew in that moment that he was there with us as we celebrated.

I couldn't have been more happy. The crowd chuckled as we broke apart, breathing hard. "You're husbands!" The officiant exclaimed, chuckling slightly. Sean and I then began walking hand in hand down the aisle of rose petals and into the lodge. We passed Kristen, who was squealing in delight and clapping her hands together furiously, and my dad, who clapped Sean on the back as we passed. His grandparents were also clapping and smiling warmly. We each had a couple aunts and uncles there as well who were happy for us.

All I could see though, was my Sean. We happily skipped off into the lodge, eagerly anticipating the reception and then going on our honeymoon.

And that's a wrap!! I'll be doing an epilogue to see where these two end up and how Samantha and Jake are in the future. I hope everyone enjoyed this story. This was my very first book that I've written and I know it's not perfect but I'm really proud of it! If you loved this story be sure to vote and comment! :)
