Jimin's POV

"Let's go karaoke!!" I suggested.

Of course, on this special day of mine, the birthday boy has the final say on where to go after his birthday meal. "Okay," the leader nodded his head, "I'll book a room now!"

Heading straight to the place, we rushed into the karaoke room excitedly. It has been ages since we came here, and everyone promised to party until sunrise.

All of us ordered a drink before taking a seat.

RM: You guys remember this room?

V: Of course! This is the Bangtan room!

Jin: Heol...remember why did we name it that?

JH: Of course!! We came here to celebrate when we won first place on The Show.

JK: It was a day I'll never forget.

SG: Ne, me too. We sang through the night that day and almost lost our voices.

RM: Ne!! And we lied to manager hyung saying that we did not use the company card to pay for all the expenses that day!!!

Finishing his IU song, Jungkook turned behind to see all his hyungs in a mess. Although he also drank some alcohol, he didn't that that much to make him lose control of his mind and body, unlike his hyungs.

V was at a corner, lying on the floor, probably already sleeping. Lying on the sofa was Jimin, smiling dumbly at the ceiling with a cup of alcohol still in his hands.

At this moment, Suga, who was initially sitting at the other end of the room, stood up and said, "I need to use the toilet." Immediately after, he dashed out of the room, with his hands covering his mouth.

"He's probably going to throw up," J-hope commented.

Finally, there is one sober hyung. "Let me check on him," he said.

"Wait hyung!" Jungkook called out before he leave the room, "Can you call manager hyung? I think all of us are drunk and can't possibly make our way home ourselves."

J-hope nodded in agreement, "Yea, I guess so too. Okay, I'll call him while you stay here and look after these two."

After hearing the door closing, Jungkook turned to look at V. Sitting beside his hyung, he took Namjoon's jacket, which was lying on the floor, and cover over Taehyung. "Don't catch a cold hyung," he whispered while tidying his hyung's hair.

Next, it was Jimin. Jimin had now also probably fallen asleep. Jungkook carefully took the glass away from his hyung's hand and place it softly on the table. Jimin's eyes twitched a little, before turning his body to face Jungkook.

Not so sober Jungkook chuckled and squat down in front of his hyung. Quietly looking at Jimin, Jungkook noticed how Jimin's hair had now grown a little longer; how he hadn't been shaving his face for a few days; and how adorable he look, still, when sleeping.

Wow...how long did do not look at his hyung at such close distance?

At this moment, the room door opened, which gave Jungkook a shock of his life. He quickly stood up and face the door. It was J-hope.

"Kookie ah," he said, "Manager hyung said he will be here in ten minutes. I need you to bring the two inside to wait in the carpark while I'll go find Namjoon and Jin hyung."

With that, J-hope sighed and closed the door again.

"Ne...hyung..." Jungkook replied, although knowing that his hyung wouldn't be able to hear it. Jungkook looked at the table and decided to help clear some of the things away. After throwing their snack wrappers away, he spotted a phone.

Picking it up and on the screen, he saw a picture of Suga and Jimin. Their heads were so close together, smiling lovely at the camera. Jungkook can immediately know who's phone it was, given that Suga had his wallpaper set as his selfie with Kumamon and will never ever change it.

The maknae sighed, and became somehow more sober thanks to that tinge of pain in his heart, again. He went beside Jimin and shook him. "Hyung, we need to go now, get up," he said coldly.

Jimin did not budge. "Hyung," the maknae continued, "Manager hyung is here to fetch us, we gotta go now."

Jimin simply shoo the maknae away with his hands and went back to resting state. "Aniyo hyung, we really gotta go..."

Seeing that frown on his hyung's face, Jungkook sighed and went to grab Jimin's hands. "Hyung!!" he shouted as he attempted to pull his hyung up.

And for this time round, Jimin was the one who won the tug-of-war. He pulled the younger one towards him, which caused them to fall on the sofa together.

Ending on top of Jimin, Jungkook stared at his hyung with his eyes wide opened. Jimin, on the other hand, had his eyes remain closed even though he could feel the maknae's hot breath against his cheeks.

Jungkook immediately push them apart, causing him to fall on the ground. "What are you doing hyung?!?" he shouted, before quietly lower his voice after noticing V's presence.

Finally, Jimin opened his eyes and pushed himself slightly up. He stared at the maknae and rested his arms on Jungkook's shoulders. "Remember what happened few months ago in this room?" he asked.

Obviously, Jungkook got his message. This room, this is where Jungkook confessed his love for his hyung unintentionally. This is where their love started and little did they know, the next time they come here, they've already broke up.

Jungkook sighed and pushed his hyungs' hands away, "You're drunk hyung."

"So what? I can only say how I truly feel when I'm drunk."

"Don't...hyung...don't say anything."

"Wae? Don't you wanna know?"

"We need to go now," the maknae quickly try to change the topic, but no, the birthday boy wants to have his way today.

"Don't you wanna know how I feel now?"

"Anyio hyung, I'm not interested at all..." Jungkook said coldly.

"Two minutes Kookie, just two minutes."

"No hyung, we can't..."

"I just need two minutes to remember this moment with you-"

"Andwae, jinja andwae..."

"After this, I will not hold on to you ever again. I promise. I'll be my loyal boyfriend and would never love you again."

"Aren't you one now? Keep it up..."

"It's harder than I thought, Kookie," Jimin cried as he buried his face in his palms, "I can't take it anymore Kookie, I can't stop loving you Kookie."

"Andwae, you can't say that."

Jimin shook his head as he looked up. Staring straight into the younger's eyes, a drop of tears fell from the corner of his eye. "Since I'm the birthday boy today, can I request something from you?"

"...what?"

"Close your eyes."

"Huh?"

"Just do it."

Reluctantly, Jungkook slowly close his eyes. When all he can see is darkness, he could hear his heartbeat exceptionally loud. It was racing, his hands were trembling in fear, yet, a little bit of excitement?

Jimin cupped his dongsaeng's face, and pulled their faces closer. Although still shutting his eyes, Jungkook obviously doesn't wanna move any closer, his face struggling to break free.

"Don't move," Jimin ordered, "you owe me a birthday kiss."

A frown was immediately formed on the maknae's face. He bit his lips tightly before feeling something moist on it.

"No no no, this can't be true," he said it to himself as he slowly open his eyes.

Indeed, in front of him was Jimin, with his eyes closed, enjoying the kiss. Jungkook unknowingly relaxed his mouth.

Jimin felt it, and pull away slightly. He smiled and whispered, "I miss you Kookie."

Immediately, he smashed his lips again, onto Jungkook. Jungkook no longer want to control himself anymore. He is drunk, yes, and where else can he find such perfect timing to love his hyung once again, even for just a few minutes.

Jimin pressed their bodies closer, his hands reached to the back of Jungkook's head and grabbed onto a handful of his hair. Their heads moved in sync, they did not had time to breathe, they just want to spend this moment enjoying and remembering it.

Jimin slowly break the kiss and stare at Jungkook. "Are you crying...Kookie?" he asked as he wiped the younger's face.

"Aniyo..." Jungkook lied and quickly dry his tears.

"You are."

"I'm not."

"Stop lying."

"Aniyo, I'm just frustrated at myself for not pushing you away."

"Then don't, maybe following your heart is a better choice."

"Aniyo! No, pushing you away is what I should do. We shouldn't be doing this hyung."

"Sorry kookie...sorry it's all my fault."

"Forget about me hyung."

"You're crying Kookie!! That means you still feel something for me..."

"Aniyo, I don't care about you at all. I have no feelings for you anymore. Two minutes is up hyung. I gave you your birthday kiss and that's it."

"But I-"

"Go back to your boyfriend hyung, stop thinking about me. I don't love you anymore, and so shouldn't you."

With that Jungkook took his things and exited the karaoke room. And just before he close the door, he uttered, "I'll forget what happened just now."
