It had been a week since Abel went missing, I assumed it was vampire related so I told his mom he was staying with us.

His mom said that she was going away with her boyfriend to Europe for a month and asked if Abel and I could help with the cafe.

Of course I said yes, the timing couldn't be more perfect, but Tim and I were so worried.

It had been three months since Eric went missing and now Abel was gone, it was more than a coincidence.

Where would we start, we had no leads, he was gone with the wind, I walked down my stairs.

My step mom and sister sat on the sofa, my sister was scared of thunder, too cute I thought.

It was like a hurricane outside, some of downtown was flooding, it was a huge random storm.

Thunder began to erupt closer towards our house, my sister became more and more uneasy.

She began shaking, "oh god" she said, I had never seen her so pale, my step mom was freaking out.

A hand exploded through our big wooden door, it grabbed the handle and the door exploded off the hinges.

It was dark from the power outage, all I saw were glowing pink eyes, what the hell was this.

Lightning flashed, I fell backwards, my heart began racing, I was having a panic attack.

"No" I gasped, my step mom grabbed my sister and ran to the corner, the lights flickered on.

"Where is he!?" he yelled, blood poured from his eyes like tears, his fangs elongated.

He was in front of me in the blink of an eye, he grabbed me by the throat and lifted me up effortlessly.

He looked like he was in so much pain, "where's my Abel" he repeated himself, Calvin looked at me with complete fear.

"Cal" I said softly, he hadn't aged a day since he died, so many questions raced through my head.

His eyes glowed brighter and brighter, he yelled in agony as his eyes began to turn bright red.

Wind raced through our house, he clenched his face with his hands as he collapsed

I fell on my butt as I looked at him, where was Abel right now, more importantly how did he know Abel.

Was he the person who created vampires? my brain was sent into overdrive.

His pink eyes would suggest so, but he was also a vampire, yet he was born, I watched him grow up.

That would suggest that he was reincarnated, that would explain Abel and his Helen and Narcissus problem.

Oh god things were slowly falling into place, and if he was freaking out about Abel and was in pain meant that Abel was in pain and my brother turned Abel.

Eric had said original vampires could feel everything there vampires could, my brother passed out like Abel had multiple times.

I looked at my step mom and sister who looked horrified and confused, oh I had a lot of explaining to do.

I sat across from him, he just looked at me, I didn't even know what to say, he cleared his throat.

"You've gotten so big Simon" he said emotionlessly, my step mom and sister sat there so confused.

"Why? where? how?" I asked, that's all that kept playing through my mind, he looked at me with a smirk.

He raised his hand and pink rings glowed in my step moms and sisters eyes and quickly faded.

"Oh gosh what are we going to do about this door, Cal can you and Simon move this outside?" she asked.

"Sure" he said with a smile, she smiled and walked upstairs picking up the phone.

"You can't just glamour my family!" I yelled at him with anger, he laughed at me.

"Why not last time I checked I could" he said coldly, I wanted to hit him, yet I couldn't.

"Besides what I did far surpasses Glamouring, you have no idea what I am little brother" he said.

"Then enlighten me" I said intrigued, he walked towards me, his eyes glowed pink.

"Brace yourself" he said as he pressed his hands against my forehead.

(Calvin's POV)

At first there was nothing, just a grey cloud floating through space, we called it chaos.

From chaos we came, the seven colors, seven different universes, we would control our own.

We had the ability to manipulate everything, and we were eternal not immortal.

We all created our own versions of earth, our own humans, everything.

We could go from universe to universe by dying and picking where we would be reborn.

Some of us were good, some of us were bad, power had corrupted the bad, and love had driven the good.

We were considered gods, some considered us witches, or even angels.

But we really were, what we we're called, are Observers.

We watch over each dimension and make judgements, whether we should destroy it or recreate or change it.

The first time I was born on earth I was one of the first humans, that's where I met him.

Abel, he was beautiful, he didn't have a name back then but i knew he was an Observer.

He had a single golden spec in his eyes suggesting that he had only lived one life, as I had a single pink spec.

See no matter what we look like in our next lives, we observers will always have stars in our eyes.

That's how we can tell each other apart, the specs in our eyes are equivalent to the amount of lives we lived.

Abel had brown eyes in his first life, he was always beautiful, you see we all have certain things that make us unique.

I was the observer of greed, value, and protection, which is why I was so drawn to Abel.

Abel was so innocent back then, he didn't understand what was happening seeing as he was the youngest.

Abel was the observer of beauty, love, lust, and sympathy, and I needed him, my greed led me to him and I wanted to protect him.

I made him mine but unfortunately we weren't the only two observers in this universe.

Cain, Abel's brother in his first life was also an observer, he had a black spec in his eyes which was unnoticed seeing as his eyes were also black.

Cain being the observer of murder, order, morality, and evolution, found our relationship disgusting.

He made the judgement to kill Abel to stop our forbidden romance, I had my first heart break.

Having my love stolen from me I decided to draw in the power of the first Solar Eclipse.

I reached into the furthest dimension to find a substance that would mutate humans.

I gave it to a tribe that made them more powerful than any other, I set them on a path to kill the neighboring tribe and Cain.

And with Cains death came my satisfaction, he was propelled into another universe.

But being an observer I couldn't let my creations run rampant, I put a curse on them.

And judging my people I gave them a meteor pulled straight from chaos, I gave it to the innocent and the guilty perished.

I lived many lives after that, finding Abel and living happily for a few moments.

Abel would always forget what he was but would always fall in love with me.

The only other time we ran into an observer was during the era of the Trojan war in this universe.

It seemed that my universe was quite popular amongst the other five, I had never been to Abel's dimension.

I often wondered what it was like, but Abel was too scared to go back and observe his own people, but that didn't bother me.

Abel was delicate, precious, I needed to protect my butterfly, I even stole him from Greece which led to that observer starting a war which ended in me and Abel's demise.

Rebirth after rebirth led me here, to this day and age where I promised that we would never have to be reborn again.

We would live out our lives fully and happily, but I never imagined my misjudgments of the past would rip us apart.

(Simons POV)

I gasped for air as his memories stopped coursing through my mind, I felt as though I knew everything.

While I had been asleep Calvin had manipulated the memories of my dad and the entire town.

It kind of made me scared that he was that powerful, but I knew a solar eclipse made him a god.

"We have to find Abel" I said softly, he was lost, confused, and in pain, he nodded at me.

"Why can't you use your powers to bring him back here" I asked, he shook his head.

"Even observers have there limits and I haven't recharged from a solar eclipse in a millennium" he said.

"Well how are we going to find him then!?" I asked impatiently, he bit his lip nervously.

"We'll figure it out" he said softly, It was then that I realized that he still had feelings and his humanity.

He was nothin more than a super powered human, he was so in love with Abel that it blocked out all his other feelings.

"Do you feel anything for me?" I asked softly, he's lived so many lives, had so many families, what's to say he loved me.

"I do" he said softly, he looked guilty, his green eyes searched mine.

"Then why did you leave me" I asked painfully, tears stung my eyes, he looked down.

"Cause I was ashamed" his voice broke, I raised my eyebrow confused and placed my hand on his shoulder.

"I wouldn't have cared that you were a human or observer, you're my brother" I said reassuringly.

"It's not that, I did something much worse" he said, I had no idea what he was talking about.

"You see birth is a powerful concept to observers, as it's all we really have, and the creation of new souls" he started.

"I've never in all my lives had siblings, and when a parent reproduces a part of there soul goes into the child" he continued.

"We don't just share DNA, you're a part of me now, and for that I can never forgive myself" he finished.

"What does that mean?" I asked frustratedly, I was sick of all these riddles.

"It means that you're not fully human" he said quietly, my eyes widened in confusion.

"Does that mean I'm an observer now?" I asked, he laughed uncomfortably and shook his head.

"No, you're the first of your kind in my universe" he said.

"I'm still so confused" I said honestly, I may be smart but this was on another level.

"You're a quarter Observer, observer blood runs through your veins, you're stronger than other humans" he added.

"How so?" I asked blatantly, I'm not physically stronger, I'm not faster, I'm normal.

"You're psychic, you just don't know it yet" he said, my eyes widened, I'm psychic.

"Does that mean I can find Abel!?" I asked quickly, Calvin's eyes lit up.

"You'll only have one observer ability, and there are too many to count, getting the ability to find people would be one in a million" he said in defeat.

"Try two in a million" I laughed, Calvin looked at me confused, I can't believe I never noticed before.

"You know your little sister Lacey, she knew you were coming" I said with a grin, his eyes glowed red.

"She's just a little girl, she wouldn't be able to use her ability that well yet" he said, but there was a glimmer of hope in his eyes.

"But we could train her, she's just as smart as I am" i said quickly, he got up and so did i.

We hugged each other tightly and longingly, it was so nice to have my brother back.

(Tim's POV)

I walked through the missing door of Simons house, I saw Simon sitting there with a grin.

"I know how we're gonna find Abel" he said, my throat was sore from all my crying and my eyes were puffy.

"How?" I asked, my voice was hoarse, I heard footsteps behind me.

"With my help" a familiar voice rang behind me, I turned away to find Calvin walking towards me.

Shock overcame me, his hands touched my head and images and memories coursed through my body.

It was like I was caught up to date on everything, I gasped as it felt like I had read a million books in the blink of an eye.

"Well we'll actually need Lacey not you" I said with jealousy to Calvin, Calvin grinned.

"So you're Abel's confusion" he said coldly, his eyes glowed red.

"Confusion!? no he loves me, you're just an obstacle" I said waving him off fearlessly.

"Why don't we ask Abel when we find him" he said amused, I nodded and secretly flipped him off.

We took Lacey and explained everything to her, I tried to talk Over Calvin.

Let's be honest here, we all know I'm the leader of this group, I've always been the leader.

I felt a new rivalry being born, even if he was super powerful, I had faith in Abel and my love.

When we find him he'll say he loves me, and Calvin will be forced to leave and everything will be perfect.

Now all we have to do is find Abel.
