Hi! This is the first time I am writting something thats not a fanfic or one page dump. Sorry for gramar errors and crap like that yadda yadda yadda....enjoy! (p.s. a vote/comment is AMAZING...thanks:D)

*Thayer's POV*

"I still don't understand why they give us each separate lockers this year. It's not like the teachers don't know us or anything. They have to know we always share a locker." Micah said. Which was true. Me and Micah have shared lockers since the fourth grade; when we met. We realized it was just so much easier than wandering over to each others lockers in between classes to talk.

I shove all my new notebooks and place my pencils on the top shelf. New school year equals new stuff. I wait for Micah to get what he needs before I slam our locker closed.

"Maybe because..." I searched for an answer, "...they are stupid thats why." I paused for a moment, took out my schedule, and looked over my classes.

"What classes do we have together?" Micah interrupted.

"Let me see your schedule and I will tell you." I grabbed his schedule from his hands and searched for same classes. No way! This is the first year we have almost all our classes together! I grinned and showed him the classes.

"Well the teachers will be in for it then when they found out we will be together all day!" He laughed, taking both out schedules. Micah has a 'yeah that was a funny joke' laugh and a 'just thought of a devious plan' laugh. I was about to ask him what he was thinking when the first bell rang, making it time for first period.

There was so many people in the hallway scrambling to get to class on time. Thats how it always is. Micah is way ahead of me searching for our classroom. I start to panic thinking I might lose sight of Micah and not know where to go because he still has my list of classes. I jog up to him and grab the back of his shirt. He looks back startled, but then sees thats its just me, and turns back around to keep looking for our first class. This is usually how the first day of school is for us.

"I think this is it." He says while making a hard left. I almost trip when we walk in the classroom. Two seats are left in the back. I point to them. Micah leads the way.

"Hi Micah!" Piper squeals. What no hi for me? Of course not. I shoot Piper a cocky look when Micah didn't answer.

"Whatever..." She complians. Micah and I sit down right behind her. This is what happens when Piper tries to have a conversation with Micah. He simply does not answer. It's funny to me but at the same time confusing.

"Why don't you ever say hi back to Piper?" I asked.

"Who would want to talk to a slutty, to skinny, smoking cheerleader?" He replies. Loud enough for Piper to hear. She shakes her head and turns around.

"And who wouldn't want to talk to a really hot guy with sandy blonde hair and gorgeous green eyes..." She stops mid sentence and her face grew red. I turn to Micah.

"I think she just realized she was complimenting you and not insulting." I said while we cracked up. Piper whipped back around and didn't talk for quite awhile. She is right though. Micah has the most greenest eyes I've ever seen. His hair goes perfectly with them too; looks exactly like golden sand. Tall and just the right size to wrap your arms around...

"Thayer!" Micah yelled.

"What?!"

"Are you coming to next period are are you just going to sit there and drool?" He grinned. Was I drooling? I checked my mouth. Yep drooling. I didn't even notice the class go by. I was thinking too hard. The rest of the day was the same way until last period. Art is miserable. Its a sophomore art class so much harder than that elementary stuff. Our first assignment was to color a self portrait.

*Micah's POV*

"A freaking self portrait?" Thayer mumbled under his breath as he grabbed a box of colored pencils for us to share. Thayer has it easy, he just doesn't know it. All he has to do is color a mess of black on top of a head. Thayer's hair is messy but it works for him. he keeps it just long enough so it stays out of his face. His eyes are a different story. I think they are so blue that...well...they are just really blue. I hope he draws himself smiling because he has a perfect smile. Only his top teeth show when he smiles, and...

"What are you staring at?" Thayer asks. Was I staring at him that long? I look away.

"Nothing" I lie as I start to sketch my face. Thats been happening to often. Thayer always catches me staring at him and I lie and try not to look at him for a while. Which epically fails. I don't know why I have been staring. I know exactly what he looks like. I Notice Gabby walking up to us. Gabby is a normal girl and actually doesn't care about getting with me the way Piper does. She doesn't want Thayer that why either which, for some reason, comforts me.

"Josh said there was a party at Nick's house and wanted me to invite you two." Gabby looks between me and Thayer probably waiting for an answer. Thayer was right. Teachers at this school are stupid. They started the new school year on a friday. Who does that? That must be why there is a party.

"Sure why not." Thayer smiles at Gabby, replying for the both of us.

"Sweet! I will tell Josh to tell Nick." She skips away.

"I thought I was sleeping over tonight?" I pleaded.

"You are, I didn't know that meant NOT going to a party." He shook his head and continued to sketch his perfect face. WHOA...'perfect face'....why did I think that?

"I guess we don't have to go if you don't want to..." Thayer suggested.

"No...no we can go."

"What's up with that disgusted look then?" He questioned. I must have had a weird face from thinking that he had a perfect face.

"Nothing" I lie...AGAIN. I just can't wait to get out of school and have some fun with my best friend.
