It's 3 AM as Louis sneaks back into his room. He just got back from the party his friend, Liam, had given for his birthday. Actually, Louis wasn't suppose to go. His parents had forbidden him to go anywhere because of his bad grates, but, lucky for him, a giant tree was standing in front of Louis' bedroom window.

Silently so his parents won't hear it, Louis closes his window. With one last glance at the front yard he closes his curtains. Then he walks to the other side of his room to flick on the lights. Immediately he gets blinded by the burning light his lustre produces.

With white dots in front of his eyes, Louis walks over to his bed, jumping on it when he reaches it. When he thinks to land in his comfy bed, finally able to sleep, he lands on something hard Something hard that certainly isn't his bed.

And his thoughts are being confirmed as the hard thing underneath him starts to laugh. Quickly, Louis jumps up. There isn't suppose to be someone in his room at this time of the day.

And there, on his bed, lays a stranger. His head, with his hands behind it, rests against the headboard and his ankles are crossed over each other. Like he just came here to relax, but still, there was something weird about the boy in front of Louis. Maybe it was the fact that he is way to perfect.

His eyes, which are staring right into Louis soul, are a beautiful golden brown with a few red strings in them. They were glistening with an emotion Louis would describe as... Hunger? Then you have the boys perfect formed face. There wasn't an unevenness the find. And the way his black hair is styled up into a quiff... Like I said. He's just to perfect. He is dressed completely in black. Like a true bad boy. complete with a leather jacket. If Louis could take a guess, he would say the boy was twenty years old.

"Normally, I have to jump on my food and not the other way around, but oh well, a little bit of variety doesn't hurt after 237 years." The stranger says in a smooth voice. Confused, Louis blinks his eyes and in that short amount of time, the stranger has managed to pin me ten inch above the ground with one hand, like I only weigh a kilo.

Louis gulps. How did he do that? The red-brown eyes are now only an inch removed from Louis, blue one's ans the stranger smirks dangerously. White fangs are showing.

A look of amusement crosses the strangers face as Louis' eyes go wide in fear.

"It's really a shame I have to kill you, pretty boy, but I haven't drank any human blood in weeks. Don't worry, the pain won't last long." The black-haired boy brings his face closer to Louis neck, but stops for a minute to listen what Louis starts to say.

"You... are a... a vampire?" He asks shocked. Vampires only exist in fantasy worlds. The strangers eyes light up amused as he chuckles.

"What do you think these are?" The 'vampire' points to his fangs, while still holding Louis up against the wall. "Carrots?"

Louis eyes widen once again and Zayn thinks that he finally understood that he really is a vampire, who'd in fact, ready to kill him.

"That... is so... COOL!" Louis suddenly shouts excited. Zayn's grip on the older boy disappears and Louis stands back with his both feet on the ground. He is smiling widely while rambling.

"That's just so cool! I mean, ever since Twilight, I have been so obsessed with vampires. I wanted to meet one like for, my whole life. I love them! They are so dark and most of them are sexy. I mean, did you see Edwards ass? Anyway, I have so many questions for you! Can you really run super fast? Okay that was a stupid question. And I saw you are super strong too! And you need to drink blood! Is animal blood not enough? Does it really have to be human blood? And do you have special abilities? Oh! And what about your age? Is it true you don't age anymore? And how do you kill..."

Louis is cut of by Zayn, who has Louis pinned against the wall again. Only this time with his hand around the blue-eyed lad's neck, slowly choking him.

"Okay, enough!" Zayn growls. "I'm hungry and you're spoiling my appetite." Once again, Zayn brings his mouth to Louis neck, to the place his main vain is transporting the delicious voice from his heart. And just as Zayn is about to pierce the skin with his sharp fangs, he freezes. A loud Ninja-yell sounds through the room and then a swampy sound.

As Louis and Zayn look down to Zayn's chest, they see a wooden stake, that goes straight through the vampire's heart. Zayn releases Louis once again and turns around slowly. There, Louis mother is standing, another stake ready in her hands.

"Woman!" Zayn yells and Jay backs up slightly. "A wooden stake through my heart? Really?"

Confused Jay nods. Yeah, wasn't that the way to kill a vampire?

"I think you've read to much books. You cant kill me with that. You fool!" Zayn says and pulls the stake out of his heart. Another swampy sound is heard, followed with a slapping sound.

The last one was from Louis, who had slapped the vampire in his face. "That's not a way to talk to my mother! I demand you to apologise immediately!" Louis says angry.

Zayn never thought about this day, when a human is telling him what to do. The wound in his chest is long healed, except for the hole in his clothes.

Surprised Zayn looks into Louis eyes. He sees nothing but pure anger. And perfection. Where did that come from? Then Zayn looks to the ground and mumbles a quiet apology.

"What was that! And look in my mothers eyes when you look at her!" Louis yells once again. Quickly Zayn looks to Jay and says 'Sorry.' loud and clearly now.

"Good! Now get the hell out of here!" Louis says calmly, but anger still in his voice. His arms are crossed over his chest and his head is held high up.

He looks so damn scary right now. Zayn decides to go and in a flash, he's gone.

Not three minutes later, Zayn regrets leaving the beautiful lad.

Not three minutes later, Louis regrets kicking the hot vampire out.

~*~Three weeks later~*~

Ever since that day three weeks ago, both boys have been regretting there actions. Zayn wished that he didn't leave, while Louis wished he didn't kick Zayn out.

They both felt something special in the others. Maybe it was the sparkly feeling which spread through there bodies while they touched. Maybe it was the way they had been acting. Zayn all dark and sexy. Louis all... Well, just not like Zayn suspected Louis would react. Or maybe, just maybe, it had been the way they looked to each other the last time they looked each other in the eye. Sadness, guilt, lust,... So many emotions in just one look.

Every evening Zayn went out hunting, he looked for the perfect blue-eyed boy.

Every day and night Louis went to school or went clubbing (secretly) he looked for a dark haired vampire. but neither of them found each other. Until one day...

Louis is walking down the road, returning home from a long day in uni. He is casually walking past the shops, glancing to the window displays when suddenly, he sees a boy walking past him. The boy has black hair and... a hole in his jacket, like it is been stabbed with something... like a stake.

"Hey!" Louis yells and starts running after the boy, but he doesn't stop. "Hey, vampire!"

That's all it takes for Zayn to stop death in his tracks. Who does know his secret? Slowly he turns around and faces a familiar person. His mouth falls open before a smile appears.

When Louis finally reaches Zayn, he's out of breath. "Hey." He says and smiles.

"Hey, never thought I would see you again. Let's introduce correctly now." Zayn says. "Hi, I'm Zayn."

"Hi, I'm Louis and I am sorry to kick you out the other day."

"It's nothing. After all, it was my fault."

Louis smiles once again. "I was wondering... Can I try something?"

Zayn nods. He knows what Louis is going to do and no! He can't read thoughts. It's just really predictable, so when Louis leans in, Zayn isn't surprised. He leans in too and their lips meet.

And maybe, just maybe, two people found their soul mate.

You can tell by the glow shinning of the vampire and the human.
