Epilogue:

  Five years later

   “Nervous?” Scott asked all knowingly to Stiles who looked like he wanted to barf and after that run for the hills.

    He shifted from foot to foot, adjusting his tie to a perfect position. Scott laughed. He patted Stiles on the back reassuringly. This sort of helped Stiles because he stopped his fidgeting and shyly smiled.

  “Am I making the right decision?” Stiles asked seriously.

   Scott smiled from ear to ear.

   “Are you kidding me? Yeah you are!”

       He was going to say more but the door to the room they were in collided open. Derek grinned at his husband to be, admiring him in his tie and tuxedo.

   “You look amazing” he said breathlessly.

     Stiles blushed. He still wasn’t yet use to Derek giving him compliments nor the way he was staring at him like he was the only person that existed in his world. Truthfully, Stiles was overwhelmed at all of this. He couldn’t believe that this was actually happening especially to someone he never in a million years would have thought of.

     But there was Derek. Smiling at him all proudly and moving dangerously close to him. Meanwhile, Scott was observing all of this and decided that this was his cue to leave. He left without neither of them noticing.

  “I hope you don’t get cold feet” said Derek.

  “What?”

 “Because, I’m serious about this Stiles”

  “I know” he said and gently kissed Derek.

     When he was done, he held his hand. Now it was Derek’s turn to blush. He wouldn’t meet Stiles open stare.

  “Thank you” muttered Stiles, squeezing his hand. “Thank you for saving me. Thank you for loving me back”

“Stiles” Derek said getting emotional.

   But the church bell rang, signaling it was time to begin. That everything for them was forever going to change.  Grasping their hands tighter and sneaking another kiss, Derek and Stiles went to go exchange vows and to be married to each other for the rest of their lives.
