"Hey babe" Zayn spoke, sitting down close to Niall. Niall scooted away and looked away from his so called boyfriend.

"Niall." Zayn sighed, reaching over and placing his hand on Niall's thigh. Niall flinched and pushed his hand away, "Babe."

"No." Niall answered coldly.

Zayn sighed again, "Babe, I was doing some research on your condition."

If Niall was drinking, he would have definitely choked, "My condition?" He spluttered.

"Saying you love Liam and not me." Zayn explained.

"That's not a condition, it's a state of mind and heart Z." Niall answered, staring at the wall, his back to Zayn.

"No but I did some research, and there's this mental illness, I guess you can call it, called Stockholm Syndrome."

Niall laughed, "Zayn I'm not ill."

"Not but listen. It's a condition where someone falls for their kidnapper." Zayn explains.

"Don't be ridiculous Malik." Niall responded and walked off into the kitchen.

"I'm not being ridiculous Ni. Liam made you fall for him. What he did to you." Zayn went on.

"He didn't make me fall for him Zayn. It happened. I didn't fall for him because he kidnapped me." Niall answered, grabbing a bourbon from the biscuit jar.

"But he hurt you. He made you kiss him and he made you cheat on me."

"He didn't Zayn. Can you just drop it. I let him do it and I wanted to do it." Niall half yelled between a mouthful of chocolate biscuit.

"You wanted to cheat on me?" Zayn asked.

"No, Zayn I didn't- that isn't what I meant. I wanted to kiss him and I wanted to love him. I didn't mean to hurt you." Niall answered.

"But you did Ni! You did! I booked you in for counselling, and tests for your Stockholm Syndrome." Zayn stated and a flame of anger rushed through Niall's blood.

"My non-existent Stockholm Syndrome? Of course, it's really going to help." Niall said sarcastically.

"Niall, I know you don't believe me now but it will help you I promise, and we can be a couple again, a real one." Zayn said, "Now c'mon, let's go and sleep, yeah?"

"I'll sleep on the sofa if that's alright with you." Niall answered.

"C'mon Ni, you'll see eventually that I'm right." Zayn half begged, resting his hand on the blonde's shoulder.

Niall shrugged his palm away and shook his head, "I know how I feel Zayn. So don't get butt hurt that how I feel isn't what you want." He said solemnly and walked off to the sofa, laying down.

Zayn stood and watched him stare at the ceiling for a moment, before grumbling and storming upstairs. He'll show Niall who he really loves, no matter how long it takes, or what it takes.

Ooooo Zayyynnnnn. I actually updated quite quick this time. Also sorry for yesterday, I accidentally published the chapter when I'd only written one line, so sorry for the confusion but it's here now :)

Something actually happened in this chapter yayyyyyy! The will probably be a bit of a time skip in the next chapter or the one after it. Hopefully an update sometime this week, depending on how much homework I have.

Btw, forgot to mention last time, what's ur fave track(s) on MITAM? It's soooo hard to choose, but I love If I Could Fly, Never Enough, Wolves, Temporary Fix and Olivia. But they're alllll sosososososo good!

Oh and for the one shot "Only Heaven I'll be sent to" I have created a new book for it and it's going to be a mini fic.

Also, on my tumblr Niam-Fanfiction I just uploaded James Part 4 (Niam mpreg) if u wanna read, it's really fluffy
