   James

   As reality hits me, I finally realize, that I am indeed getting married. Married to the man I've loved for over a year now, who never left me throughout everything. I'm getting married to someone I truly love, and we'll be happy. As I get into my suit,I smile softly, remembering everything that's happened with us. The suit is simple, plain black with a pink rose attached to it, but it's lovely.

      It's a small ceremony, Elizabeth and Brittany were the only ones who kept bugging to go, or else there would be nobody besides Brittany. As I make my way towards the minister, I wait for Thomas to come.

     I see Elizabeth smiling, and that's when I see Thomas. His brown hair left in the cute-messy style it's always in, but in a pastel pink tux, with a black rose (thank me), get the idea? His soft, green eyes staring at me intently as he reaches his destination in front of me.

If I was nervous then, I'm nervous now, as the priest begins. I barely hear him until he ends in which I choke out an,

"I do."

My ears feel like they are under water, as me and him trade rings and he says "I do" and all of that. Why am I so distracted? What is happening to me? I keep a smile to my face, trying not to worry him.

     "I now pronounce you husband and husband, you may now kiss the groom."

   He leans in, as I feel his lips against mine. It's a brief kiss, but one that literally legally bonds us. I smile into the kiss, my ears and self finally bringing myself into the present. As I pull back to look at him, hearing the cheers from Elizabeth and Brittany. I realize this is what I needed, the years I searched for someone, someone to make me forget what happened, to let me live a new life.

   As we walk towards Brittany and Elizabeth, he takes my hand, I watch Elizabeth smile at the both of us, pulling me aside.

    "You look so much happier, James." She whispers into my ear, then shoving me right back with Thomas.

After the ceremony, we take Brittany home, and she goes to bed. Elizabeth, stays, congratulating the both of us, giving us both gifts.

    I'm stuck in this haze of shock, but happiness. As we both change and go into pajamas. Laying on the couch, with my head laying on his lap, as he runs his hand through my hair softly.

"You know, you always say how much happier I am, yet you never mention the changes in yourself, my dear god James, have you seen yourself? You look so much happier, you smile more, your eyes shine, and just oh my god. James I also love you so damn much please never leave me."

    I sit up, dragging him to the bedroom, before shutting the door, hoping Brittany doesn't wake up.

    "Two things, I don't want Brittany to see us make out if she wakes up, and secondly you would wake her up." I hiss.

   "I would not." He wrinkles his nose, before we both lay down on our bed.

     I roll over on top of him, straddling his hips, and placing our foreheads together.

       "Thomas, I am now happier than I have ever been."

    Instead of me pulling him into a kiss, he pushes me into a kiss. Fingers knotted into my hair, pushing me further into the kiss. He tastes like candy and mints, and I'm not complaining. As the kisses go from short, to long drawn out kisses, then fully into making out. With me ignoring the barely-there, but there problem in my sweatpants, assuming Thomas has the same problem.

    I hear footsteps.

   "Shit." I mumble quietly, rolling off of Thomas.

    "What the f-" he cuts himself off, as our door opens to see Brittany, standing there crying.

    I crawl outta bed, grabbing Brittany in my arms, setting  her in between me and Thomas, her holding onto both me and Thomas.

     "Hey what's wrong?" I ask quietly.

      "I had a bad dream, you both left me." She cries out, quiet sobs are the only thing heard in the room.

     "Brittany, I'm never leaving again, nor is Thomas. Brittany we both love you, and you are one of the best things to happen to me, so no, I'm never gonna leave you again. Not you or Thomas, I'm staying with both of you, you don't need to worry." Pressing a soft kiss to her forehead, she snuggles into the space between me and Thomas.

     I see a smile form across Thomas's face, as I press a soft kiss to his cheek. In this moment, it's everything I could ask for, my daughter, and the love of my life. Both of them happy, as Thomas falls asleep, and scratch that, all of us happy.

      "I love you both."
