Colby's POV

It's been a week since Alex has become my boyfriend. Wow I never thought I would have a boyfriend. I always thought that I would be alone but I guess fate has a way of making things unexpected. I can't wait to go to school and see Alex.

I can't believe he likes me. Why me? There's so many other people out there who are smarter and hotter than me, but I'm glad he likes me even though sometimes I wonder why.

While I was trying to put in my shoes I felt a buzz from underneath me. I picked up my phone and saw a message from Alex.

Babe😘: hey baby when are you getting to school?

I smile at his message and respond.

Me: I'm leaving right now

Babe😘: ok I'll see you there baby

I smile and turn off my phone. I then get stand up off my bed and go outside so I could drive to school.

Once I get there I go out to try and find Alex. I couldn't find him so I went to my locker to get my stuff. After I got my stuff I turned around so I could look for Alex but ran into a girl.

"Are you Colby?" The girl asks

"Yes. Who are you?" I ask and look at confused. I don't know who she is. How does she know me.

"I'm Aria" she says "and I think you stole my man."

"What are you talking about?" I say just getting more confused.

"Alex he's mine and you stole him." She says giving me a glare

"I didn't steal him." I say "and he's not yours"

"Oh but he is and you're going to see that" she says and then walks away as if nothing just happened. I guess I was standing there doing nothing because next thing I know I hear Alex saying my name.

"What?" I ask and look at him

"You were staring over there and I tried to call your name but you didn't answer. Are you ok?" He asks looking at me worriedly.

"I'm fine" I say and then hug him. After a couple minutes of hugging we let go and go our separate ways to our classes.

All day I couldn't stop thinking about what happened this morning and how Aria said that I was going to see that he was hers. Like what did she mean by that? He isn't even hers if anything he's mine.

Alex and I made plans to meet each other near the bleachers in the gym after school. I have five minutes left until my final class is over and I can go see Alex. I can't wait.

"Colby can you tell me what you know about the Civil War?" My history teacher asks.

"Uh.....it was a war?" I say but it comes out as a question.

"Yes it was a war but what else is there about to know about the Civil War?" He says looking at me impatiently

"Well it wa----" and then the bell went off. Thank goodness I was saved by the bell. I get up and put my books together and leave the classroom.

I make my way to my locker and put my stuff away. Once I did that I went on my way to the bleachers. I wonder what Alex and I are going to do today.

Once I got there I was expecting to see Alex waiting there for me, but when I got there it was completely different than what I was expecting.

Alex was kissing Aria.
