EXCUSE ERRORS

This is more of a" just because" chapter but i like it so i hope you love it.

I stroked the side of Dante's face as he sat across the kitchen table from me. Me and him had had one one of the best days of my life. We went to the movies, the one in our neighborhood so we couldn't kiss or snything like that but when the lights went down I still got to hold his hand. And he snuck a shy kiss on my cheek making me smile. After that eww went to get our pictures taken together, it was in some photo shop down town but the pictures were privetes, they took 'em in a back room so I got to kiss and hug him in every single one of our pictures. Then we went out to eat at a little more secluded place on the outskirts of town. My mother had lent me her car again oh it was all gravy. Ill never forget it. He was acting all shy again, ordered a burger and fries while I got a baked chicken breast with cheese and a order of mashed potatoes. I couldn't get over the look on his while he hate. He waas blushing non stop. Anytime I touched his hand or pecked his cheek he would practically glow . It was so cute. It made my heart flutter thinking of how much in love I am with him . I don't waant to tell him what went down with me and Yvonne. Apart of me wants to leave it in the past but thats be real, every time I look at him im going to feel guilty. What went down with me and Yvonne should have never happened, but it did and I need to own up to my mistakes and be a man About it.

" Dante- "

Raven came marching in, a scowl on her face directed toward me" did you tell him yet? !"

" man, get out! "

Dante's face twisted in confusion" tell me what? "

" that he- "

" get out! This ain't got nothing to do with you Raven and its really about to piss me off how you keep buttin' your head in this. Go! "

She rolled her eyes but couldn't defy me, not when Im talking to her the way I am now. I rarely ever have to raise my voice at Raven. We've always been so close. But there is always a time when she goes a little too far with shit , and I camt stand it.

Dante grabbed my hand over the table and stroked the back of it" what's wrong? "

" me and Raven went to a party last night. I was chilling at first, Yvonne was there, I had a few drinks. Raven told me I should go to you because I wasn't feeling the party, I guess she could tell by- "

" get to the point."

" I fucked Yvonne. "

He snatched his hand back like I had the plague, looking at me with his features turning from surprise to disgust and . . . Then to sadness.

" babe, I swear- "

" please. " he held up his hand to stop me.

I could see the tears filling his eyes. He probably didn't want me to see him cry but it was going to happen. He could barely form a sentence . The tears would come.

And as soon as the first tear fell, he smiled a small sad smile at me.

" Dante im so sorry. I never meant for- "

" don't appologize. You know what I just realized? "

I raised a eyebrow. He's confusing me. One minute he's about to cry and the next he's wiping at hus tears furiously trying to force a bigger smile.

" what? "

" I just realized, " he paused" that you never asked me to be your boyfriend officially. So technically, its not like you really cheated on me. "

" oh yeah? "

He shook his head" yeah. It still hurts like he'll though. "

I met his small smile with my own. " I guess ill have to get my act together and ask real soon then , huh? "

" yes . . . Unless you plan to keep on screwing her. "

" baby, I didnt even mean to this time. I was just going to play with her , I thought I could handle it but then I got hard and- "

" I get it! God. " he was hurting. His space showed it all. But he was trying to be strong.

" come here. " he came around the table and stood in between my legs.

I looked up into his deep brown eyes that are still filling with tears.

" I love you, dante. I need you to know that I will never to anything to intentionally hurt you, okay? I made a mistake, but you are my world. I don't ever want to see you cry again, okay? Because when you cry , you make me want to cry and im not feeling that soft shit. " that's the truth. Seeing him cryingg and knowing I did it is the wordt feeling I have ever felt. Why do I have to be so stupid.

He smiled" do you mean it? "

" of course. Look at me, do I look like im lying? "

" no, but- "

This time I cut him off" no buts. You spending the night tonight and I want you in my bed so i can show you just how much I love you. "

His face reddened from embarrassment. He brought both of his hands up to cover his face .

I laughed at and pulled him down on my lap. I whisppered in his ear" and when im done wit you, you gon' know just how serious I am. " kissing gently upp under his ear.

He shivered.

I had to hold back a groan.

Man , I can't wait. Maybe ill get lucky and get to make love to him nice and slow.

We caouls hear the front door from the kitchen. I don't really want to let Dante ggo but I do anyway because I know it has to be my mother. I loosened the hold I had haad on his waist and he slowly slid off, no breaking eyes contact with me.

Just a few months ago I never even believed in this gay shit , and now I want to make love to Dante . Its crazy how much things can change when you give in to what you're really feeling.

He sat back across the table and my mother entered, dropping a few groceries in front of me which blocked my view of Dante.

I groaned.

" boy shut up and put the groceries up. Call Raven down and tell her I said she'll have to make dinner tonight. I have to do another double so behave. " she told me. Then she turned to Dante, smiling at him. " maake sure he behaves. "

Dante smiled at back up at her" I will ."

I sucked my teeth and stood up to kiss my mother's cheek to try and hurry her out" ma, its cool. Go to work. "

She eyed me suspiciously but left any way.

I pulled Dante up and into my arms, glancing down into his twinklling eyes" now, where were we? "

" I think you were about to ask me to be your boyfriend or somewhere along those lines . . . ?"

I laughed a little" is that what you want ?"

" yes . Is that what you want? "

" of course . So, will you be my boyfriend? "

" hmmm, I've got to think about it. " he tried to hide his smile as he glanced around the room. And finally after whaat seemed like forever he looked back to me" okay! "

I kissed him, harder and more passionately than I thought possible.

I used my tongues to part his lips so I could claim his mouth as mine. He opened, allowing me to dominate the kiss and play with his tongues so sweetly it was burning me up.

I pulled his body harder into mine and he moaned.

I smiled against his lips.

His moan has got to be one of the sweetest sounds I've ever heard. It set off something inside of me, causing my self-control to snap completely.

I turned us around and backed Dante up into the counter. I gripped his butt and picked him up, sitting him on the counter without breaking the seal of our lips.

His mouth tasted so damn sweet to me.

Its a sweet and exquisite.

I cant believe I waited so long to have him in this position.

I grabbed his knees and pulled his to the edge of the counter so I am able to grind my hardness against his.

He shivered again

I pulled back a second, but only because we both needed to catch our breaths.

He placed his hands on my chest, his breath blowing sweetly across my face . His hands ran smoothly up and down my chest.

I leaned back in and lightly grabbed his body lip with my teeth to nibble on it before I parted his lips again to go back in.

But this time he pulled away, breathless with hit lips slightly red.

" will you stop it? " he asked in almost a whisper.

I brushed my lips across his" why? I want you. I know you feel me. "

" yeah but -"

Raven pranced in, pushing me back and away from Dante so she could stand in between.

She rolled her eyes" I love you and all but me and Dante need to talk. So leave ."

I felt like grabbing her by her shirt and taking out all my anger on her.

I know I fucked up, alright? I don't need it pushed up into my face.

She seems to be the only one holding a grudge aagainst me , and she's supposed to be my sister. . .

I gave Dante one last look and watched him shudder under my watching eyes.
