I jumped off the counter and started to follow Raquel from the kitchen but Raven stepped right in my tracks, once again.

I glared at her" what the fuck, Raven? ! What do you want. " I practically yelled.

Raven glared right back at me, un-phazed by my outburst. " are you crazy? He just told you that he cheated on- "

" you're trying to help but all you're doing is making in worse. " I rolled my eyes and side stepped her to leave ."maybe if you go get laid or even have one ssteady relationship you'll get it. "

Her mouth dropped but she was done taalking.

So I left. I went to the living room and plopped onto the couch next to Raquel.

I folded my arms over my chest and scowled at nothing inparticular.

Who exactly does she think she is?

She has never even given any guy the time of day. Like a stuck up- fucking- brat she thinks she's too good for any of them. But there are all kinds of guys in our neighborhood besides the ones who stand on a corner all day. She pisses me off meddling in rellationships she knows nothing about.

Raquel wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled my body to his.

I rested my head on his chest.

Just like that, any anger I was holding on to was gone. I love that about him. If he can make me calm in a matter of seconds I wonder what else he could do.

I was about to say ssomething sweet to Raquel when the door bell rang . I sighed and pulled out of his grip so he could answer it.

He turned to me and ran his hand across my body lip , eyeing it hungrily. " ill be back. "

My voice barely worked as the heat rose in my body. " hurry. "

He stood up and left.

I heard the door open and then 2 other voices joined Raquel's in the hallway.

I listened in as the voices got closer.

The first man laughed " oh, yeah, we heard about you and Yvonne too. I thought you was in a relationship man, whaats up with that. "

The second Man scoffed" you can't take the playa out the pimp, ain't that right? "

I opened the door and was a little shocked to see Trey and Garret standing there .

But I let them in all the same.

" what y'all doin here? "

" well, " Garrett started. " I got drinks and Trey got the Loud so we thinkin' a small get together will do. "

" a small get together? " I asked skeptically.

Trey pushed me out the way so they could enter" yeah . Me, you, Garrett and this 6 pack of Corona. "

We laughed a little as we headed to the living room.

Trey laughed again. " oh, yeah, we heard about you and Yvonne too. I thought you waas in a relationship man, what's up with that? "

Garret scoffed " you can't take the playa out the pimp, ain't that right? "

I just shrugge with a small smile on my face for their benefit. I am by no means proud of what I did with Yvonne. I know I hurt Dante in a huge way, a way I never meant to. I don't even care to reflect on the time I spent inside Yvonne last night . Because im afraid if I think about it too long I might just want to do it again.

Drinking 2 nights in a row isn't the smartest idea I've ever had but maybe it'll get my mind off some stuff. And maybe it'll even get my confidence up about fucking Dante.

All this boyfriend shit is new to me.

We entered the living room and Dante was still sitting on the couch where I left him. He looked up at us innocently.

I smiled inside, wanting to scoop him up and into my lap but I rejected the feeling. Our time is going to come.

" Trey , Garret, this is Dante. He's Raven's best friend. "

" wassup. "

" supp ."

Dante waved a little and mumbled a hi before turning back to the tv.

" well, let's get this strted because im ready to get fucked up. "

I laughed and grabbed one of the beers from garret and popped it open, taking a long swig. " damn that's good. "

I sat down to the left of Dante and Trey sat on his right so he could use the table to roll a joint. Garret sat patiently on the floor watchingg, drinking a beer of his own.

Dante jabbed me in my side with his arm before storming off, out of the living room and upstairs.

Trey glanced at me " who shoved a dick up his ass ."

I rolled my eyes, trying to play tough but in reality only wanting to know what's bothering him.

I put my beer on the table" ill be back. "

By the time I made it up stairs Dante was standing outside of my bedroom door looking down at the floor .

I came up behind him and pushed him softlyh inside.

" what's wrong? "

He looked up at me evily" nothing! What's your problem? "

" I don't have one. " I reached for him and pulled him into my arms for the second time tonight" is it Trey? "

" no. "

" Garret ?"

" no. "

" what then? "

" I didn't think you would drink a beer in front of me. . . Or even smoke in front of me. "

" if you don't want me to then I wont. "

He smiled" and I wanted alone time too. "

" alone time? Why? "

" just because. I want a kiss. "

" a kiss like this? " I asked as I pecked his lips softly. " or a kiss like this? " I pecked his lips again but this time he opened them swiftly for my tongue to enter.

He moaned softly into my mouth as i played with his tongue, sucking on it gently .

" Raquel. . . " he whispered as he pulled away from the kiss. Even my name sounds sexy when says it.

I trailed kisses along his jaw line and down his neck just to hear him moan again.

by the time he was already mine.

I walked him slowly backward until we reached the bed and he fell backward. I climbed ontop of him and resumed kissing down his neck.

He wrapped his legs around my waist so i could feel his excitement pressed against mines.

I groaned a little.

I don't have enough self control to get any closer and be told to stop .

Dante's whimpers snapped me out of it.
