" What? Oh my god when? Where are you? FUCK!" Just when Renjun hung the call Jaemin rushed into the room and went straight into the closet. " Get up both of you! We need to go!" He came a second later and threw jackets on the bed. " Get dressed, I'm going to the hospital and you are going to stay with Hyuck."

" Wh-at happened, is everything okay?" Jeno asked, his voice was filled with worry as he helped Renjun and wore his jacket as well.

" Well, Taeyong is currently at the hospital, undergoing a cesarean and I need to go there because Jaehyun hyung called me."

" oh my! Oh my god, what happened, How?" Jeno panicked.

" Baby, I don't know much, I'm waiting outside in the car, come fast!" With that Jaemin was out of the room. Jeno's heart was pounding in his chest and his throat felt blocked.

Both of them hurried out of the house and sat in the car.

" How did it happen? Oh my god, I'm so scared right now." Renjun said. " Poor Taeyong hyung! It's Johnny and Jaehyun hyung's fault! They are so fucking busy all the time that they neglect Taeyong hyungie! I'm gonna kill them if something happens to hyung or the baby." Renjun fumed.

Jaemin growled, surprising both omegas, " let's not blame anyone, alright? I know their professional life takes a lot of time but they are responsible lovers." 

" You're defending them because Jae-" Jaemin growled again, he stopped the car abruptly and turned to glare at Renjun.  "Sit quietly and stop assuming things, what goes on in their life shouldn't bother you.  Yes ... they are in a difficult situation at the moment, focus on that, don't create unnecessary drama." Renjun wanted nothing more than to smash Jaemin's head on the steering wheel but he controlled the urge.

Jeno felt nauseous , " Guys, guys please..." Jeno joined his hands " please don't fight, they need us." Jeno grabbed Jaemin's cheek and turned it so that he could focus on the street.

Jeno was silent but so much was going on in his brain and it took a lot to not vomit in the car. Ah, Hyuckie, he must be so worried. Jaemin dropped them off outside the house and rushed to the hospital.

Jeno ran inside and emptied his stomach in the bathroom. When he came out Renjun was already with Donghyuck.

Donghyuck cried hysterically and clinged to both omegas. " one second he was with me and the second... he was at hospital." He whispered.

Jeno cradled him in his arms.

" Baby, calm down. Stress is not good for the baby. You know, omegas tend to go in labor early when they expect more than one child. I'm sure hyung will be alright. Don't worry boo-boo." Jeno cooed. He looked at Renjun and signalled Renjun to calm Donghyuck a little. He got up and went to kitchen to grab water for the pregnant omegas. He went back and handed them the glass. Donghyuck refused to drink it at first but Jeno insisted and made him take few sips.

Jeno grabbed a handful of blankets and laid them on the couch so that they could stay warm. The tension in the room was thick and the pheromones were mixed, any alpha who'd enter this room would be nauseated and have a migraine. Jeno switched on the air purifiers in the room.

" I'm s-so worried and feel awful!" Donghyck suddenly started crying, " Hyung does not deserve this. Why is this happening to him? He is literally an angel!" He sobbed.

Jeno panicked at his sudden outburst and hugged him immediately and released his pheromones. Renjun rubbed his shoulders, " Our hyung is strong, he is a fighter. This is nothing for him." He stated boldly. Jeno looked at his face, his heart broke when he saw the unshed tears in his mate's eyes. He touched Renjun's cheek and the tears fell down, he quickly wiped them away and whispered, " I agree with you. I need both of you to be strong as well. He'll be be fine and babies as well. But you need to understand that you guys are expecting as well and your guys are sending bad signals to your beans. Please, calm down a little." Jeno tried once again and pecked Renjun's lips. Renjun further nuzzled his face in Jeno's nape.

Once the pregnant omegas calmed down they began to drift off and Jeno took the chance to get up and call Jaemin.

" Hello?"

" Alpha, what's the situation now?"

" ah, baby. Hyung is still under surgery and we are all waiting outside. Everything is under control now. So, please don't worry. I'll call you if there is any update. Okay?"

" Thank goodness, okay. How are Johnny and Jaehyun hyung holding up?"

"They are probably going to murder someone if anything goes wrong, they are both stressed and worried. Our parents have been informed as well so they are probably on their way here."

" okay, call me if you guys need something."

" How are Jun and Hyuck?"

"they just passed out because of crying but I'll take care of them."

" Alright, take care. I love you ."

" I love you too."

The call ended and Jeno headed back to the room and sat down beside others. His head had started to pound. He sat laid down next to Renjun and gently pressed his hand on his  bulging abdomen.  He sighed after praying to Buddha he closed his eyes as he was still feeling peachy.

Jeno jolted awake when his phone vibrated. He picked it up, it was Jaemin's.

" Hello?" He spoke groggily as he had fell asleep.

" Jeno-ah, hyung is out of danger now and the babies are fine as well." Jeno's heart swelled with happiness and the tension seemed to lift off his mind.

" Ah, thank goodness! I'm so relieved. When will they come back?"

" it'll take some time. Hyung has stitches and the babies have been transferred to NICU."

" Why?"

"Baby they were born before their term was completed. They are a little weak and premature. Don't worry though, doctors told us that it's normal." 

" Okay."

" Well, what are Renjun and Hyuck up to?" Jaemin asked.

" Still asleep."

" Alright, I'm gonna leave the hospital now as there are already a lot of family members here. I'm coming." 

Jeno hung up and both the omegas didn't even stir. They were sound asleep, it was good though.

Jeno went to the kitchen so that Jaemin and omegas could eat. He saw packets of ramen so he decided to make it.

" God, they are so fucking tiny and fragile! I-I just want them to come back home so that I can hold them." Jaemin said as he sat on the stool.

Jeno sat beside him and patted his back. " I'm sure they'll be back quickly. I should go wake Renjun and Hyuck up. We can't leave Hyuck alone, okay?"

" yeah, mark is coming back later. We'll leave then." Jeno nodded in agreement and went to the living room.

Jeno brushed his hand through Renjun's hair, " Wake up baby, alpha is here." He whispered, Renjun stirred a bit and then Jeno leaned over to wake Donghyuck.

" Is hyung alright now?" Both omegas asked as they woke up.

" Yes, he is fine and so are the babies. Don't worry." Jeno smiled.

Jaemin walked in the room after dinner and sat on the couch beside theirs. Renjun waddled up to him and cuddled with him.

" Okay, what do you want to eat?" Jeno asked the omegas.

" Pasta" " tteokbokki"

" uhh... okay..."

" wait, honey? I'll order it don't bother." Jaemin said, Jeno nodded and sat back down.

" Oh wait, I forgot to ask the gender."

" Boys."

" Ah! Poor babies, hope they recover soon." 

Jeno joined his hands and thanked god for keeping all three of them safe.

Later that night.

When mark came home, he was tired. He sat down beside Donghyuck and hugged him, he didn't let go of the poor guy. Jeno smiled softly he understood what was going through Mark's brain.

Donghyuck was next in line to give birth and nobody would ever want their mate to go through the trauma, Taeyong underwent.

" Are you alright?" He asked Donghyuck softly, barely audible. All of a sudden Donghyuck began shedding tears. " I was scared beyond words." He mumbled as he clenched Mark's clothes.

" my baby, hush... everything's fine now." Mark brushed his fingers through donghyuck's hair.

" Thank you for taking care of him and keeping him safe." Mark looked at Jeno and Renjun, he was truly grateful.

" it's nothing." Jeno mumbled as he looked up at Jaemin. " Shall we leave?" He asked and Jaemin nodded.

AT HOME

Jeno was exhausted and his stomach was rumbling.

"Junie?" ...... " I don't feel good." Jeno said while he ran towards the bathroom. Renjun called out for Jaemin and both of them found the youngster emptying his stomach in the pot.

Jaemin rushed towards him to support him, he placed his hand over younger's forehead and patted his back a little. 

Renjun stood by the washbasin and watched Jeno heave. He suddenly remembered Jeno rushing to the bathroom in the morning at seo's house but forgot to ask as Donghyuck's hysterical reaction made him worry about him.

" he threw up in the morning as well."   Renjun spoke. Jaemin looked at him  "Baby, why didn't you tell me earlier?"

Renjun looked down, " I'm sorry, I didn't remember as we were busy with Donghyuck, I forgot to ask him and he didn't tell me either that he was not feeling well... I'm sorry." 

" Well, what done is done." Jaemin said. He wiped the tears off Jeno's face after flushing and led him to the washbasin where younger boy washed his face and brushed his teeth. 

" I'm sorry for not telling you, everyone was busy and I thought it was just a one time thing, maybe I caught cold or ate something bad." Jeno mumbled as he pressed his face into Jaemin's chest.

They took him out and sat him down on the bed.

"Baby, I'll get you some medicine, please take care while I am at it." Jaemin kissed the forehead of his omegas and went outside.

He went the pharmacy to get the pregnancy test and along with it  medicine for nausea. He had made a mistake of not noticing the symptoms during Renjun's pregnancy and he didn't want to repeat the same mistake for Jeno.

When he reached home he saw that Jeno laid with his eyes closed. Renjun was on his phone, as he waited for Jaemin.

" I'm here, sorry if I took too long." He brought a glass of water from kitchen on his way. "Here take the medicine first..." Jaemin sat down next to Jeno as Renjun helped him to sit and Jaemin handed him the glass and pill.

Jeno felt lethargic after throwing up, Jaemin contemplated whether he should ask Jeno to take the test now or later. After a minute of silence he decided to let it go for now. He kissed Jeno's forehead and told him to lie down. It was long day for everyone and he was glad that it was over and everyone was okay. He placed the test kit in a drawer and got up to shower.

After showering, he made sure that all the doors and windows were locked. Then he came back to the room and laid next to his omegas. " I love you both and you too little bean. Don't trouble your mama too much." He kissed their lips and closed his eyes.

" good night." They whispered as they snuggled under the cozy blanket as the snow fell from the sky.
