There was a chaos at Na's residence. 

Jaemin's father and birth father came to Jaemin's house in the middle of night after their son in law's delivery. 

Renjun and Jaemin slept until late since they were stressed and unwell the previous day. Jaemin wanted nothing more than to shove the baby test in Jeno's hand immediately but he decided to give it to him when his parents left. Unfortunately, they didn't leave.

Jaemin was irritated and at the verge of kicking his parents out. His birth father was taking care of Renjun while Jeno ran after him with his tail wagging. At one point he grabbed Jeno's hand and pulled him in his lap to give him a little rest. However, his mom told Jeno to bring Renjun's vitamins and water...

" papa, Jeno is not your errand boy. Please get it yourself." He mumbled immediately. Jeno looked at his with wide eyes and his lips parted slightly with surprise. Whereas, Renjun pretended to be shocked as he knew what was  going to unfold because Jaemin had been tolerating his parents' antics since a week...

" Jaemin this is not the way to talk to your mother." His dad spoke.

" I don't care, he can do things himself, instead of ordering my mate around... last time I remember... you guys insulted him and now you're making him run around to do your work. This is not how relationships work and it's not fine. You're here for Taeyong, right? Stop bothering me and my mates, then. We were doing perfectly fine . You don't have to extend your stay to take care of my mate, I am a completely able to do it myself. If anything... you guys should be looking after Taeyong that's not only Johnny hyung's parents' job. Taeyong is your son in law too... or do you still have grudges against him?" Jaemin paused briefly before continuing... " all I see is you pampering my one mate while other is doing all chores. Renjun is pregnant not disabled..." Jeno slapped his hand on Jaemin's lips preventing him from spouting more words.  "Shut up." He whispered.

His birth father's lips quivered as tears pooled his eyes. He got up instantly from the couch and went to his room. He may look like a professional business man to the world but he's a sensitive father. Who just suffers because of the harsh treatment he receives from his children due to their dad's behaviour.

He started to gather all of their things and shoving it in the bag, he heard a knock on the door before it opened. He didn't turn around since he didn't want the person behind him to see his tear stained face.

It was Jeno, he hesitantly stepped closer to Haru, "papa..." there was a long pause before he continued, " Papa, I am here to apologise on behalf of Jaemin. I don't know what happened but I do know that he didn't mean it." Haru stiffened and threw the clothes on the bed before turning around. He bursted out in tears and hugged Jeno tightly.

" He is such a dick! I wasn't doing it intentionally! I didn't make you fetch things purposely, I'm sorry." Haru sobbed as he rested his head on Jeno's shoulder.

" Papa, I understand. I don't mind doing things. But please, don't pack your things. If you leave after what Jaemin said I'll feel so guilty about everything."

" No, my child. Please don't worry about it, we will leave today." Haru backed up and continued to pack their bags.

Jeno left the room and looked for Jaemin. "Alpha... you were so rude to papa and dad. Papa is crying and packing up their things. It's stressing me out, why couldn't you explain things politely? At least, apologise to them... your papa is such a sweetheart." Jeno pleaded.

" Go to Renjun." Jaemin told him. He was getting more and more antsy to get his parents out of the house, they had a house in the city as well, they should have stayed there. He went to his study.

Jeno's heart was pounding in his chest. " Renjun give me a break! Why is everything so chaotic every week?" Jeno whined, " I'm anxious and and my stomach is grumbling." He laid down on Renjun's lap.

" aww my poor baby, shall we go to the doctor's? You haven't been feeling well since past couple of days  and I am worried."  Renjun asked while he  gently rubbed Jeno's hair. 

Jeno shook his head and closed his eyes. 

Renjun sighed as he looked at the wall, he thought about Jeno being pregnant but he didn't want to confront the boy, yet and make things awkward around the household with their in-laws present as well.

He bit the inside of his cheek thinking about how worried Jeno would be and couldn't do anything since the feud was between Jaemin and his parents. 

Suddenly, he heard the sound of the door being slammed and wheels of suitcase. He looked at the door to see his in laws stomping towards the door. Jeno got up because of the sounds and gasped at the sight of  Jaemin's parents. He looked at Renjun with pleading eyes. 

All of a sudden, Jeno dropped down in Renjun's lap once again. Renjun shook him gently to inspect what was wrong, he panicked as he realised that Jeno passed out.

" MOM DAD HE FAINTED! JAEMIIINN JAEMIN! JENO FAINTED!"  Renjun cried out hysterically.

" OMY MY GO-GOD. JAEMINAAAH PLEASE COME OUTSIDE." Jaemin ran inside the room to see his parents kneeling beside Jeno  and Renjun.

He quickly pushed everyone aside and picked Jeno up. The boy laid limp in his arms. Jaemin's father opened the front door and led him to his car leaving his wife with his pregnant son in law at home.

Jaemin's father drove the car as Jaemin held his mate in his arms.

" I swear to fucking god, if there is anything wrong with him. I will cut my ties with you!" Jaemin spat. His father took a deep breath and bit his tongue to prevent another fight.

Jeno was immediately admitted to the hospital and the medical team ran blood tests and hooked him to norepinephrine IV. 

" Sirs, the patient is out of danger and we're taking care of him, please wait in the waiting area." A nurse instructed Jaemin.

Jaemin called Renjun to inform him about Jeno's condition as soon as he went to the waiting room.

So much for peace.

He sat down on the chair and rested his head on his hands.

" Mr. Na?" Jaemin sprang up from his seat as a doctor called out his name.

" Yes, doctor?"

" Can I talk to you, privately?" Jaemin looked at his father, who nodded in reply. Jaemin followed the doctor inside the cabin.

" Well, Mr. Na, first of all, congratulations! Your mate is five weeks pregnant." Jaemin sighed in relief. He thanked the god.

" but sir, your mate is malnourished to sustain a baby. I want you to discus it with your mate first. He will require proper vitamins and medication to bring the vitamin levels up and would need to eat a proper diet according to the chart provided by the nutritionist. I would highly recommend stress free environment and complete bed rest until the first trimester as it is the most sensitive time." Jaemin frowned a bit, he was worried about the Jeno's health.

" Will he be alright during the pregnancy. Please tell me if there is any risk to his life."

" Mr. Na except your mate's week body there is no other reason for him to worry about and he will get better if you take proper care of him and bring him for regular checkup. I would highly suggest you to bring him for checkups often than normal pregnancy. That way we can make sure both baby and father are safe."

" Okay, thank you very much doctor." Jaemin got up and left the room with that.

" Baby! How are you feeling? Do you have a headache or anything uncomfortable?" Jaemin asked as soon as Jeno woke up.

" Mmmh... I'm fine but my head feels heavy." Jeno slurred.

"I'm so sorry for stressing you out." Jaemin apologised.

" Hmm..." Jeno looked at him, " what happened?" He asked.

" well, I was in my study and you passed out, I heard Renjun shout at you to wake up and called me. My parents were leaving and I guess how I acted really really worried you. I'm genuinely sorry for everything. I won't repeat it."

" Yeah, okay. I want to lay down for a bit. I feel nauseous, can you ask them to give me some medicines?" Jaemin nodded and immediately went outside to request the doctor for medication.

Jeno slept all day due to the medication and was being monitored by the machines. Jaemin told Renjun about the pregnancy.

Renjun was excited and wanted to see Jeno as soon as possible but Jaemin stopped him and coaxed him in to staying at home. He also explained the omega about Jeno's condition and the fact that youngest was still unaware of the information.

Two days later.

Jaemin had to tell his parents since his father knew so there was no reason for hiding it from them but he told them to not tell anyone yet because Jeno didn't know yet and he didn't want Jeno to be the last one to know.

Jeno's haemoglobin levels were too low, about 6.6 grams. Doctor had to give him a blood transfusion and many vitamins.

" Jaemin... I'm thirsty." Jeno croaked when he woke up.

Jaemin handed him the glass of water and sat beside him and asked " How are you feeling?"

"Better than before." Jeno replied.

" Jisung visited you twice but you were sleeping. He told me to call him once you wake up. He was here last night but left in the morning due to school." Jaemin updated Jeno.

" mmmh, when can I go home?" Jeno asked.

" Well, depends on your health. I'll ask doctors." Jaemin replied. 

Two days later

Jeno finally got home and Jaemin helped him get out of the car, Jeno's body was fatigued.

" Jeno-ah!!!!  My baby! I missed you !" Renjun cried out, " I was sooo worried and nobody would let go out of the house! I wanted to be with you." Renjun clinged to Jeno and kissed him, he didn't let go of the boy for five minutes until Jaemin intervened.

He told them to sit on the couch.

" I missed you too sweetheart." Jeno replied.

Renjun pecked his lips again. 

" Hyung!" Jisung came in looking all worried, " how are you now ?" He asked Chanel followed behind his omega.

" I'm good baby." Jisung hugged his brother and sat beside him. He held elder's hand and caressed it gently.

" I was really scared, you're all that I have... don't scare me like that." Jisung whispered. Younger omega rested his head on his brother's lap.

" I am all good now. No need to worry." Jeno assured his brother.

" Jeno, we wanna tell you something." Renjun mumbled.

" what is it?" Jeno's eyebrows scrunched in confusion.

" Well... you're pregnant." It took Jeno a minute to process the information. 

" Oh, ohh.... What are we going to do now?" He looked at his mates with puppy eyes.

" Honey, what do you mean? Everything is up to you! Do you think you are ready to give birth?"

" I-I don't know." He didn't know what to do, he was scared. Jisung got up and stared at his brother.

Jaemin came closer and kneeled on the ground, he grabbed Jeno's hands and asked, " I want to know if you want to have our child?"

" I -I do ... but ..." Jeno stammered.

" What honey?" Jaemin said in the softest voice he could muster. He didn't want to influence Jeno's decision, so tried to keep his scent from leaking.

" It's going to be difficult for us! I don't want you to feel burdened." Jeno mumbled.

" Jeno, my love. Leave that thought behind, people give birth to twins, and it's common for some mates to get pregnant at the same time.... and how can you and my children ever be a burden to me?" Jaemin's hand cupped Jeno's face and he kissed him lovingly.

" Sweetheart, we'll always be with you, we respect all of your choices." Renjun smiled with tears in his eyes.

Jeno's eyes filled with tears as well, he bent down and hugged Jaemin. His sobs had both Jisung and renjun crying.

" I'll be mommy!" He cried.

" Ah, yes love." Jaemin sniffled and rubbed his hand on Jeno back to comfort him.

"We'll be mothers!"

"Yessss." Renjun nodded happily.

On the other hand, Jisung looked at his brother happily. He cried with joy. He looked up at Chenle. Who was already looking at him with a smile, the alpha then wrapped his arms around his mate. He congratulated his brother in law.

All of them spent their evening laughing and talking. Jaemin also informed that Jeno would be on total bed rest for next two months and that he would hire help for the house. Jisung and Chenle left later and both the pregnant omegas took a hot bath as Jaemin catered all their needs.

Both omegas laid together with Renjun, they kissed and whispered sweet affirmations in each other's ear.

Jaemin smiled when he entered the room with hot chocolate in a tray.

As if on the cue, it started snowing outside. All of them cuddled under the cozy blanket caught up with new things.
