Returning his mind back to reality, Jungkook closed his eyes and inhaled a deep breath. "Stop thinking about the past Jeon Jungkook," he uttered.

Dinner proceeded on pretty smoothly, with J-hope and Jin creating topics to talk about and the other members will slowly join in. Dessert was served next, and it was ice-cream.

Of course, everyone's expression were brightened after seeing that colourful flavours of ice-cream being served. Jin quickly went up and say, "Okay kids, don't fight, let me distribute." And the next second, he immediately place the strawberry one in front of him - of course, it's pink.

"Chocolate ice-creams for Taehyung and Hoseok..."

"Mango flavour for Yoongi."

"Matcha for Namjoon."

"Okay...we're left with one mango and one matcha flavour, which one do you prefer?" Jin asked as he looked at his two dongsaengs - Jungkook and Jimin. "Since Kookie is younger, Kookie should pick first..." he continued.

Jungkook looked at the yellow and green ice-creams in front of him. He loves matcha, everyone knows it, but then...that means Jimin has to eat the mango one. "But Jimin hyung doesn't like mango though..." he said to himself, "Should I..."

"I'll have the mango one," the maknae decided as he took the yellow one. Shocked, everyone stared at Jungkook as he took a mouthful of that ice-cream.

"I thought you will take the matcha one though," Taehyung commented.

"A-aniyo, just...wanna try something new today..." Jungkook lied as his eyes slowly land on the hyung opposite him. 

Jimin was holding on to the ice-cream, and took a small bite. "He still remembers..." he whispered as a tinge of happiness was showed on his face.

At this moment, Suga turned to him and asked, "Wanna try mine?"

"Ne?" Jimin answered as he gazed at the mango ice-cream that his boyfriend was having.

"Err...I...it's mango?"

"Ne, it taste pretty good."

"Ahhh, erm..."

Before Jimin would immense himself in another debate session of "to eat or not eat", Suga had already scoped a portion and placed it in front of his mouth. "Ahhh," his caring boyfriend said.

It was obviously impossible to reject any further, as Jimin obediently open his mouth and quickly swallow it, hoping the mango flavour does not last long in his mouth.

"How is it?" Suga looked at him expectantly.

"Hmm," Jimin nodded his head, "it's pretty good."

Seeing how satisfied his boyfriend look with his answer and continued to eat his ice-cream, Jimin heaved a sigh of relief.

At this moment, somebody pushed their chair back and stood up. It was Jungkook. "I need to go to the bathroom," he said before walking away. 

Jimin clearly saw the frown on the maknae's face, and his sixth sense tells him Jungkook wasn't really in need of the toilet.

He wanted to follow him, like he always do, okay wrong, like what he used to do. But then, he remembered how he is no longer Kookie's "favourite hyung", instead, he has become Kookie's "avoid at all cost hyung". As much as he wanted to go after him to find out what happened that caused him to become to gloomy? or maybe frustrated? as Suga's boyfriend, he has no rights and no ability to do so.

Reluctantly, Jimin simply remain in his seat quietly, praying hard to god that maybe he is just thinking too much, maybe Kookie really need to use the toilet.

Suddenly, Taehyung stood up too and said, "I need to use the washroom too." He too left the table in a hurry, not forgetting to send Jimin an unfriendly stare.

After paying for the meal, the guys waited at the carpark for their hyung to fetch them back to their dorm. Jungkook and Taehyung has already been back from the toilet, and everything seems okay now, to Jimin.

Going up on the car, Jin, Taehyung and J-hope occupied the last row, like how they sat when they arrived. Yoongi and Jimin also went back to their seats just now. However, this time round, Jungkook was a little bit too affected to sit beside the couple.

And so, before Namjoon could enter the car, Jungkook quickly run in front and position himself at the passenger seat, leaving the dumbfounded leader to sit beside Jimin.

"Yah, Jungkook ah, why are you sitting at my seat?" Namjoon grumbled as he hated squeezing at the back.

"I...I prefer to sit beside manager hyung."

"Huh?"

"Just let him be Namjoon..." Jin interrupted, displaying his motherly feels. 

"Okay..." Namjoon did not bother to argue further. He knew the maknae was being a little bit weird lately, just a little mood swing here and there too, and he blame it all on Taehyung.

Back at the dorm...

Jimin laid down on his bed and scrolled through his SNS. However, something inside is just bothering him. His mind kept going back to the scene where Jungkook went to the toilet, followed by him not wanting to sit beside him on the car. "Is it all because of me...?" he questioned himself. 

At this moment, Taehyung walked into the room, just freshly bathed. Still, his friend had an unfriendly expression when their eyes just merely met for like one second. "Kim Taehyung," he called out, "can I talk to you for a while?"

"Aniyo, I'm busy," Taehyung replied coldly. 

"But I really need your help."

"You seem to be coping fine with your life friend."

"Urgh you don't understand!!" Jimin whined as he forced Taehyung to sit on the bed, and he began his interrogation.

JM: Tell me, what's wrong? Why are you and Kookie so cold to me?

V: Wow, you actually noticed.

JM: So it's true!!

V: Hmmm...so what? 

JM: Can't y'all at least tell me why???

V: 싫어 (I don't want to). 

JM: Is...is Kookie angry with me?

V: What do you think?

JM: Yah Kim Taehyung, I don't wanna play guessing games with you.

V: Neither do I wanna talk to you.

JM: Seriously, tell me, did I do something wrong just now?

V: Aniyo, not just 'just now'.

JM: Then can you tell me where have I done wrong?

V: Everything. Ever since you made Kookie fall in love with you. Everything...is a mistake.

JM: W-what do you mean? Did Kookie say anything to you when you went to find him in the toilet?

V: Oh, at least you know Kookie escaped to the toilet thanks to you, not bad.

JM: Mwo? Escaped? W-what happened?

V: How dare to ask me what happened? Who is the one who know that you hate mango and gave you the matcha one instead? And then who is the bastard who say 'i don't like mango' yet still took a bite from Yoongi hyung?

JM: So...it's really me...

Flashback

Jungkook stomped to the toilet angry. He knew what he is doing is freaking childish - why get bothered about a pda-ing couple - yet, he couldn't help but feel frustrated. He glared at the mirror, at his pathetic reflection and shouted, "Wae? Why do you need to be god damn jealous at them two? You thought by being 'considerate' to Jimin hyung would change anything? No! He would still prefer Yoongi hyung over you!"

At this moment, Taehyung entered the toilet and saw the maknae who was splashing cold water onto his face. He let out a fake cough to show his presence.

"Hyung..." Jungkook stopped and looked up, "why are you here?"

"Why are you here then?"

"I...I came to pee?"

"I didn't know your definition of peeing is grumbling in front of the mirror."

"You...you heard it?"

"Ne."

Jungkook sighed as he hung his head down. "I thought I could ignore it, hyung," he uttered.

"But you weren't at fault Kookie. Jimin is the one who was being a jerk just now."

"You...you saw it too hyung?"

"Of course!! I know you purposely choose the mango one because you know Jimin hates mango. But then, he actually ate Suga hyung's mango ice-cream and said it was nice. That's too much!"

"You think so too...?"

"He's that insensitive Kookie."

"Ani, I think...he just love Yoongi hyung more than me."

"Hey...stop dwelling over that..."

"Aniyo, it's a fact! He chose him over me. Period."

End of flashback

"So...did I answer your question now, Park Jimin ssi?"

All Jimin did was sigh. He buried his face in his palms, "Urghhh I messed it up again!! I hurt Kookie once again."

"Ne. Unintentionally or not, you were being very inconsiderate just now my friend."

"Mianhe..."

"You shouldn't apologize to me Jimin, the one you should apologize is Kookie."

"But he doesn't even wanna see me, let alone talk to me."

"Serve you right! You're the one who dumped him. Oh wait, maybe because of this, he might really put down his feelings for you," Taehyung smirked.

"Yah! What is the smile for?"

"What? Don't tell me you still want to get back with Kookie."

"I...I..."

"Nope, I don't want to know your answer. I just want you to know that, Kookie is mine now."

With that, Taehyung rolled his eyes and hopped onto his bed.

Jimin, who was still processing what his friend just said, sat blankly on his bed. "Wait what? What do you mean by that?"

"I said," Taehyung shouted across the room, "Kookie is mine. And you...should just live happy ever after  with Yoongi hyung."

Jimin did not rebut back this time round. Taehyung's words caught him for a moment. "Maybe...maybe I really should let him go..." he said to himself, "maybe...I should really let him find his happiness and not get hurt by me ever again."

"But...can I?"
