Finally, today's the day for their HYYH On Stage concert in Korea. All of them were too nervous, yet excited to stand on stage. Arriving early in the morning at the concert venue, they did a round of dry rehearsal for the final time before going back to get their make-up on. 

"Jimin ah!! Jiminie!!"

Jimin, who just came out of the toilet, was called by his manager. "Come here for a while Jiminie," the manager said.

Adjusting his attire, Jimin brisk walked to the corner and asked, "Wae yo hyung nim?"

"Erm...are you free now? We are planning to do a V app live before the concert."

"Ne, no prob hyung!"

"Great! Go to the usual room, the staffs are there already."

Jimin nodded his head as he proceeded to the corner room which is designated to be the filming location for all the V app and HYYH merchandises displayed there.

"Give us some time for prepare Jimin ssi," the producer noona said.

He was handed an iPhone with a selfie stick attached to it. Sitting on the sofa, he browsed through the photobook on the table beside which contains all of their overseas photo shoots.

Immediately, he flipped to the back page. He knew clearly where was the pair photo shoot section and within few seconds, he spotted a collection of pictures which brought a smile to his face.

It was him and Suga teaming up together. They were in an alley and he remembered clearly how the crew had difficulty blocking that area from tourists to get a perfect set of pictures.

Jimin's eyes went to the top right picture and giggle. Being the shortest two members, the two guys could easily lean their heads against each other. They were both so adorable, smiling widely at the camera. Jimin was just a little bit bothered about his make-up that day with freckles all over his face.

He continued to flip to the back page and again, a picture caught his attention instantly. It was his birthday picture collection. It written "Jimin's Birthday 2014!". They were promoting Boy in Luv that year...and Just One Day too...

Jimin took a closer look at the photo. And you guess it right, it was a picture with his boyfriend too.

Suga was kinda hugging and straggling Jimin at the same time. Jimin recalled that day, and how he asked his hyung for a birthday hug. But instead, his hyung pulled him closer and wrapped his arms around his neck. They immediately smile in front of the camera. Jimin could still remember how flustered he actually was, he was literally lying on his hyung.

At that time, they weren't together yet. Suga had not confessed his feelings, Jimin have not even sort out his feelings even. But what he truly knows was...he really really like being with his hyung.

He remembered how comfortable it was in Suga's arms, how reluctant he was to part and how desperate he wish for his birthday to be everyday.

However, his smile immediately changed when he saw the picture beside it. Still, it was Jimin, but the person beside him was different.

It was Jungkook.

He felt a tinge of sadness especially when he gazed at how close and happy they were when taking those photos. Jungkook's smile looked so genuine back then, so was his. The fourth picture really ached his heart a little. They were doing a back hug, a pose Jimin insisted as he used his "I'm the birthday boy!" excuse.

Jungkook was shy at first, he wasn't the dongsaeng who loves skinship. But he still did in the end. Initially he just stood behind his hyung and place his hands on his arm. But thanks to Jimin's whining, sayinig it's not "lovely" enough, Jungkook was 'forced' to hug him tightly.

He still remembered how Jungkook was making fun of his height when taking these pictures; how he purposely hook his arm over his hyung to show their massive height difference; how he tickled his hyung to show his maknae power.

That time...haiz...that time...they were still so close. They had so much fun together, joking...laughing...giggling. Nobody expected things to turn out like that.

Jimin sighed as he began his monologue, "I should be contented that Kookie has started to talk to me more often than before. Yea, one step at a time, we will become friends again, as close as before. Yea, I'll wait for that day..."

All of a sudden, the room door was pushed open. Walking in was Jungkook, who quickly greeted the crew and have not noticed Jimin's presence.

He did a 90 degree bow to each staff members and when he looked up...he froze upon the eye contact. Jimin forced out a smile and uttered an awkward "hi".

And so did Jungkook.

"What- what are you doing here?" the older one asked.

"Manager hyung asked me to film a V app live..."

"Oh...err me too."

"Jinja? O-okay," Jungkook forced out a smile, but it was a good sign. 

Sitting in the room silently just wasn't Jimin's style. He hate to immense himself in this awkward atmosphere, too much Jin's feels here. And so, he racked his brain to think of some way to start a conversation with his (used to be) favourite dongsaeng.

"So..." he started, "thank you for the jacket yesterday."

"Huh? J-jacket? I...I didn't-"

"I saw you...passing the jacket to me...secretly I'll say?"

"Orh...ne."

"Gumawol, I'll probably catch a cold without that."

"You should thank V hyung, that jacket was his, not mine."

"But you borrowed it from him, right?"

"...ne."

"Seems like...you still care about me..."

"Aniyo!" the younger boy immediately denied. "It's not true..." his voice trailed off, "I don't like you anymore hyung..."

"Not as a hyung even?"

"A-aniyo."

Jimin sighed, the normal him would just throw himself on the maknae and pester him to give him a hug or a kiss, forcing him to say 'I love you'. But now, with things turning out like that, he can't. He can no longer joke with the maknae, saying he want to go on a trip with him alone, saying he loves the maknae forever. No. As Yoongi's loyal boyfriend, he can't...

Jimin could finally breathe again, and that's when the noona notified them that they may start filming. Jimin sat on the sofa, while Jungkook had his butt leaning against the arm rest. As claimed by Suga, they need to wait for ten seconds for the fans to load the view before saying anything. And so they did.

It was silence for the ten seconds, although it seemed like ten hours has passed. Nobody uttered a word. It was kinda reasonable for the two staff members behind the camera to keep quiet but even the two idols in front of the camera did not know what to say.

The noona cued them again, and that's when Jimin quickly said, "Hello!! I'm Jimin!"

"I'm Jungkook!" the maknae followed. Jungkook stretched his head near the camera for a few seconds and waved before retreating back to the original position, which leaves quite a gap between the two guys.

"So today the reason why we're here is because we miss all of you ARMYs out there!!"

Jimin continued to talk about how nervous he is for the concert while Jungkook was just sitting there quietly as he listened to his hyung. However, he noticed something amiss. He looked behind the camera to see the crew directing her hand towards Jimin.

"Move closer to Jimin," she mouthed.

Jungkook got that message instantly but...that was quite a difficult task. While pondering whether should he listen, he felt a grip on his waist before being pulled down to the sofa. Beside him was Jimin smiling cheekily as he continued to reply to fans' comments.

Jungkook immediately realised how squeeze it was to share the one-seater sofa, but the fans would definitely suspect something if he moves away like that, especially when he haven't utter a word ever since the live broadcast.

"Jungkook ssi, how are you feeling right now?" Jimin turned to interview him.

"Erm...very nervous, and....excited too. I can't wait to see the stadium being filled up with our ARMYs and the sea of ARMY bombs when we are performing."

"Do you have anything to say to our ARMYs who are queuing outside right now?"

"Err...remember to wear thick clothings and not to catch a cold. We really prepared a lot for today's concert so please anticipate!"

The live broadcast continued, with the duo answering fans' questions in the comment section. The atmosphere were no longer tense, Jimin began to smile more, Jungkook too. 

Staring secretly at the younger one as Jungkook talk about how all the members will end up crying on stage, Jimin smiled, after realising how this is their closest skinship ever since that day. "Intentionally or not, manager hyung gumawol, thank you for letting me spend this short yet precious period of time with him..." he said to himself, "I hope this will not be the last time we'll be this close..."
