Stiles knew his neighbour ran by every morning. He also knew that his name was Derek, that he was 27, and that he lived with the rest of his family in the big house in the forest. He also knew that Derek was bisexual, not very comfortable when flirting with other guys or being flirted on by other guys though he was perfectly comfortable with women.

Stiles had met Derek, of course, when he and Derek's sister would go to her place to work on a project back in high school. Cora and Stiles actually stayed pretty close through senior year and college so by the time Stiles came back to Beacon Hills, he knew all about the Hales, Derek, and the family dynamics. Cora insisted on Stiles getting the warehouse which was the closest building to the Hale house and she set her family to re build it into a comfortable loft for Stiles who ended up moving there, as Cora had wished.

Now, Cora visited everyday, Derek passed by Stiles' window every morning while jogging and Laura (Derek and Cora's older sister) had a bet with Peter about how long it'd take Stiles and Derek to get together.

Stiles, because he lived so close to the Hales, usually got a ride with Cora in the morning but this morning he decides to go to the gym since he has a day off. He opens the curtains in his room and runs aorund shirtless in his loft trying to find a shirt he could use. He ends up finding a shirt but looks up when he hears a curse outside. Derek is staring at Stiles and Stiles blushes lightly. Stiles opens the door only for Derek to come in and slam Stiles against one of the walls, kissing up his neck and biting at his jaw.

Stiles' last coherent thought is that Peter wins and that Laura is not gonna be happy.

A/N: this sucks, I know. I haven't been able to write anything lately. It's driving me crazy!
