Story plot: Where Yeosang is terrified of thunder. Usually a storm passes by quickly and he manages to get through it on his own but this time it's different. The storm goes on and Yeosangs anxiety is getting worse and worse. It's in the middle of the night and he doesn't want to wake up any of the members. Eventually his anxiety gets the best of him and he knows he needs help.

All the boys are resting on the couch before going to bed. The TV is on with the news but no one bothers to actually watch it. Neither does Yeosang until he hears the weather forecast for tonight. They're expecting a storm, a large one to be precise. Yeosang swallows as he feels his anxiety slowly creeping up underneath his skin.

No one knows how much thunderstorms scare him. He's not the kind of guy who likes to tell such personal stuff. Plus, he always managed to get through pervious storms on his own. He knows this time it's different, it's a big storm that will last for quite some time. At times like this, he wishes he dared to speak up about his fear. Maybe if he goes to sleep early he'll sleep through the storm. As if I could actually sleep through such a storm Yeosang thinks to himself. He doesn't know what to do because the last thing he wants is for the other members to see him in panic.

"I'm going to bed. I'm actually pretty tired. Goodnight guys!" Yeosang announces as the others wish him a goodnight. He drags himself upstairs to get ready for bed. He's glad they didn't ask any questions. Even though Seonghwa did look questioning, he stayed quiet.

As Yeosang lays down in his bed he feels his anxiety increasing knowing that the storm is getting closer. He buries his face underneath his pillow and tries to take deep breaths. He's been at this point many times before. The breathing helps to not panic too much, but it doesn't stop his thoughts.

I can't do this anymore. I want this feeling to go away. I can't deal with this. What if the the storm gets here before I fall asleep? What if the anxiety gets even worse? What if all the members are asleep? I can't wake them up now can I, they need rest. Yes they need rest and I need to sit through this alone. I've been here before. This will pass. But will the storm pass by quick enough...  All these thoughts are keeping Yeosang from falling asleep before the hell will break lose outside.

After about an hour he hears the others move into their rooms to go to sleep. He knows for sure he hasn't slept at all yet and sighs. He knows where the fear comes from, yet he's too scared and shy to talk about it.

When Yeosang was just a little boy there was a thunderstorm passing by. He loved to watch the sky at the time. All the bright flashes and colors and then the peaceful sound of loud thunder. The world became quiet as only the thunder was audible in the dark sky. One night he was watching a storm pass by but that time it was different. There was a loud bang followed by screaming. The lightning had hit the roof of their house and they needed to get out. He was dragged outside in the pouring rain and thunder. It was horrifying to be outside and to be outside the comfort of his bedroom. He was crying and so scared but there was nothing they could do.

Ever since Yeosang is scared as hell. As he is laying on his back in his bed his room lights up and he quickly hides underneath the covers. Sweat is forming on his forehead and he buries his head underneath the pillow. The storm hasn't arrived yet but every flash is making his anxiety get worse.

By the time the storm is nearly above them Yeosang is a mess. He can't control his breathing anymore, tears are streaming down his cheeks and he's on the edge of hyperventilating. I can't take it! Please someone help me and make it stop! Yeosang is sobbing. He just wants all of this to be over. After a couple more minutes he's had enough.

He covers his ears with his hands as he exits his bedroom. He looks around the hall, hoping to see light coming from one of the others rooms as a sign that one of them is still awake. No luck there, everything is dark. Everything is way too dark. The flashes from the thunderstorm are even brighter in the dark dorm. Yeosang slides down crying the hall and sits down against the wall, knees to his chest and hands pressed firmly again his ears in the hope to block out the loud noise of the thunder. I'm gonna die. This is it. This is really the end.

Seonghwa woke up because of the thunder since he's quite a light sleeper. He sits up in his bed and rubs in his eyes to check the time; 2:30am is being displayed on his alarm and he sighs. As he is slowly waking up more and more he hears sounds coming from the hallway. He gets up and enters the hallway, only to see a small person sitting on the ground. "Yeosang??" He rushes over to the younger member. He was right, there was something up with Yeosang when he left to go to bed.

"Yeosang it's me, hey what's wrong?" Seonghwa kneels down to wrap this little ball closely into his arms. He hates seeing Yeosang like this, so fragile.

"T- The thunder. Make it stop!" Yeosang begs still covering his ears firmly, face buried in Seonghwa's chest.

"Are you scared of the thunder?" Seonghwa askes and gently rubs Yeosang's back to let him know he's there. "I'm here it's going to be okay Yeosangie. You're safe."

"I don't want to be alone. I can't be alone" Yeosang cries. At least his breathing is calming down now that he's being hold by his crush. Seonghwa always makes him feel safe but not just safe, Yeosang feels loved whenever he's around him.

"Okay hey I won't leave you alone. Let's go to my room and cuddle. How does that sound?" Yeosang nods as he and Seonghwa get up from the cold floor. "You're shaking.. Come let's go." Seonghwa takes Yeosang to his room and gets back in his bed with him.

Yeosang places his head on Seonghwa's chest and listens carefully to his heartbeat and breathing. He's never felt this safe before. It feels like it's just him and Seonghwa alone in their own little world.  "I never knew you were scared of thunderstorms" Seonghwa whispers as he brushes softly from Yeosang's head down to his back. "I- I never told anyone.. I thought it was stupid.." "Oh Yeosangie.. I would never think it's stupid. Ever."

Yeosang peeks up to meet Seonghwa's eyes. "Thank you" He whispers and bites down on his bottom lip. A loud thunder startles him and he grabs tightly onto Seonghwa. Seonghwa wraps his arms closer around him "You're safe here with me I promise."

The boys look deeply into each others eyes until the eye contact is broken by Seongwha who places his lips softly on Yeosang's. Yeosang cuddles even closer and kisses him back. This night went from pure terror to maybe on of the best nights he could ever imagine. After a moment they pull away to catch their breath. "H- how did you know.." "I know everything" Seonghwa smiles and he places another kiss on Yeosang's forehead. As the thunder continues Yeosang snuggles up closer to Seonghwa and tries to follow his breathing. "I can't thank you enough for this. I used to be so scared. Now I finally feel a little more safe." Seonghwa smiles and whispers "Next time when they predict a storm, you come straight to me okay? I'll help you through the anxiety just like I did this time." Yeosang smiles as he feels himself drift off to sleep, wrapped up in a pair of strong and comforting arms.
